Massive thanks to Rodney at 99Bikes, Moorhouse, Christchurch for his superb knowledge and skills on Old School Freestyle BMX's. Rodney got my old early 90's Diamondback Showtime Freestyle BMX refurbed and looking and running mint for my son. Awesome job and couldn't be happier with the result!! It was an old rust bucket but now looks and feels brand spanking new! Thanks for all your help Rodney!

Can't speak too highly of the level of assistance and knowledge of product on our visit recently. Steve and Liz were especially good. Bought a couple of bikes and the level of service and attention, from the moment we walked in the building, to when we left with the bikes 5 days later was fantastic. I would highly recommend this team.

Great Service, very friendly. Nice large shop with loads of different bikes and a few scooters. I had ti return to have my scooter connected, it wasn't at purchase. Was not a problem. The mechanics were super friendly and did his very quickly. Thanks Team you are very helpful.

Very helpful and patient when I was shopping for an Electric bike. The same sales representative dealt with me throughout. Impressive aftermarket with offer of free Cycle Maintenance class and discounts as part of their customer loyalty package. A problem that was experienced soon after delivery caused by a design weakness pointed out at delivery was quickly and pleasantly dealt with. I took delivery of the bike only a week ago but so far very impressed with 99 Bikes.

Liz at 99Bikes on Morehouse is knowledge and offered invaluable advice … many suggestions made by Liz were helpful in our choosing the right bike for us. I stopped at this store this afternoon to buy a cycling helmet and MTB flat shoes. I was assisted by a beautiful young woman who is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. It was my lucky day because I got a good discount on the Shimano GR5 MTB shoes. 99 Cycles is well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Handy location. Thank you. I'll be back.

Kirke and his team did a great job with my bike. They fixed the puncture, persuaded me to go for a general maintenance session, and also cleaned the bike. They took care in their work and the bike feels really nice after the session.
