Awesome company! Annie was so helpful, welcoming and easy to deal with. We really appreciated her advice & speedy service. The bikes were modern & well maintained. No issues. Highly recommend for the Alps2Ocean trail or for Te Araroa walkers or anyone else looking to bike in the area. Thank you!

We received great customer service from the business owner. She suggested a suitable route to take then provided a suitable e bike for my self and my partner. Also got us to test drive the bikes, made sure they were the right size and showed us how the gears and pedal assist worked. Had a very enjoyable ride. Highly recommend.

Just awesome! Annie thought of everything and more besides, including giving us a very helpful hint to leave our panniers at our hotel in Omarama as we would collect them on the way back. I would happily highly recommend Annie and BeSpoke Bike Tours, and already want to go back and do the whole thing now, rather than just three days! Thanks so much Annie from Lesley, Nick, Marcus (16), Henry (14) and even Agatha (11) who made it all the way despite the winds and not having an electric bike and is still keen to do more! We'll be back!

Annie and Chris looked after us so well when we did the A2O. We decided to do it independantly - but they were always there with contingency options depending on weather and sickness issues. The best way to see Tekapo!! Found some beauty spots we never would've found without these bikes. Annie was super helpful pointing in the right direction and setting us up on some awesome MTBs 👌

Anne was super friendly and helpful. Hired a bike to get to Twizel while I was hiking Te Araroa and it was totally worth it 👍🏽 highly recommended

We had to make a few changes to the booking for our group and Annie went out of her to be super accommodating and was incredible to deal with. Can't rate BeSopke Bike highly enough.

Super friendly lady named Annie running this business. Great and easy service. She has the bikes either at her office/home at murray place or is set up in a van at the parking off the main road on lakeside drive. The biking tracks in the area are good for all levels from easy to difficult. If you are an expert downhill or enduro rider the local park may not be enough but Annie will know where to send you. The bikes are good quality and well maintained and you get a bottle of water that fits in the bike frame which was a nice touch.

Amazing service. Very nice people. We were given Very good bikes and were explained everything about the tekapo twizel track. We got picked up in twizel and they waited for us to have refreshment before leaving. Very recommended!

A really nice couple with a great selection of hire bikes. I was on a bike tour when i dropped in and Annie (the owner) went out of her way to help me with a repair on my bike. Well worth paying a visit as you'll get nice hire bike from really nice people.

Annie is amazing. Great to meet such a down to earth nothing's a problem tourism operator. Me and my friends about to start A2O being self sufficient. The bike Gods had different plans, we had bike hassels right at the get go. I called Annie and she couldn't do enough to help. Things got sorted. Annie your a supper star....thanks.
