A.I'm traveling through ChCh and had a problem with power supply switch on my e bike, called in to see if E Mega could have a quick look to diagnose problem having limited time they agreed to have a look, I had 4 hours to spare. Dave the mechanic phoned me 1.5 hours later to say he may have found the problem, new switch. I agreed and an hour later all fixed, nice price and super friendly professional service from Dave and his boss. This is an amazing/awesome bike shop and they have an amazing showroom, Thank you both so much for helping me out, had a good ride this afternoon in Kaikoira, hope you both enjoy/enjoyed the coffee.

A.A couple of months ago I bought an e-bike from eMega. They took their time to walk me through all the different options and pros and cons. I’m 100% happy with my purchase. I got the bike rack swapped for a lockable one and the very knowledgable mechanic did a superb job making it fit. Ollie helped me choose the best lock and then did a great job finding the right spot to fit the u-bolt lock to the frame. More recently he assisted in finding the right size panniers. The staff are well informed, always happy and cheerful and give excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Angela White
A.Purchased the Inokim Pouch today, even though they had no stock remaining in their store, they were able to quickly order another one domestically. I only had to put down a deposit to confirm the order which was a plus. Nice and fast customer service which is something I can always appreciate.

A.Great friendly service from Dion. I bought in an older bike wheel to be trued and spoke replaced, Dion sorted in a few hrs on a Saturday and called me and advised what to watch on the wheel. Large store with impressive bike selection !
