Great experience with Electrify on the purchase of my new E Bike. Customer service was excellent at the Nelson and Christchurch store - bike was ready on pick up and thorough discussion how to look after it and also made time to put my new accessories on my bike - I was ready to go!

Was lucky enough to buy on the day off the floor in the Lichfield St store in ChCh. Was concerned about a click in the pedal cadence after 5 days and was able to drop it in for the mechanic to look at. Fixed after 24 hours free of charge. The bike is everything I wanted it to be. Can't recommend Matty and the team highly enough. We went in knowing nothing about eBikes other than what we could find on Google. We had tried another large store who tried to sell us something we didn't find comfortable and then we stopped someone riding an eBike and they recommended Electrify. Best advice ever. We told Matty what we wanted from our eBike and although he was sure we would end up choosing the Black ATB he gave us options and explained the differences. We did choose the Black ATB 48V bikes and they are awesome. My husband ordered the Bike with the crossbar and when he decided to change to a stepthrough there was no problem. We also purchased the eBike carrier and Matty explained how it worked and all the different features. We were very impressed with the service of all the staff who helped us. The only thing we would have liked was to have the bikes "fitted" but we were so excited to get our bikes we never asked if they did that. Fabulous service, helpful staff and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an eBike - and already have.

What an amazing experience. I appreciated how straight up and honest the staff are. They don't try to push you into anything and give really good balanced advice. I've had my Black ATB-H (All terrain) for 2 months now and loving it. So far I have used it mainly for getting across the city to work on all but the wettest of days. I appreciate the benefit of all terrain even just transversing Christchurch through parks, over rough roads and tracks. I was grateful to Matty and his team for their assistance and patience. They never tried to up-sell me into a more expensive bike than I needed; they were focused on my buying the correct bike for my needs. I borrowed bikes from them over several days, tried different styles and finally settled on a Magnum Metro + for my daily commute. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the $500 trade-in deal they are running during May. When I collected my new bike I was given a clear explanation of the bike's controls and what to expect from Electrify NZ over the next few weeks in terms of servicing, bike maintenance, battery care and so on. Very enjoyable experience. All the staff were obliging friendly and knowledgeable. Selecting the correct bikes for our needs and appropriate equipment to go with them was made very easy. A sensor fault with one of the two new ebikes we purchased was remedied very quickly obligingly and expertly by Kevin, and he followed up to check all was well with it the next day! Despite the long wait for our order to arrive(understandable in the current covid climate), we feel we have been well looked after and are delighted with our ebikes(and carry rack)....worth the wait. There was no expectation or pressure to purchase a bike and when I did buy the support continued. We then considered the options, price etc and chose two magnums. The navigator and the voyager. We waited a couple of days and called and collected the bikes. I bought a Gepida Reptila 900 a few weeks ago and I am so pleased with it! It is without doubt the best bike I've ever owned and I'm really looking forward to taking it with us on our motor home trips around New Zealand. It is supremely comfortable, well balanced and feels solid and secure on the road as well as on the tracks I've been on so far. It's really easy to use and the ride assist is amazing. I know it's going to extend my mileage by quite a bit. Matty was really helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions. Two weeks ago I purchased a Magnum Metro E bike from Electrify. I started out looking for a bike by going online and looking at all the places that sold E Bikes. Electrify had the best videos out there that explained everything that you needed to know. I went into their Auckland Central Shop and straight away was talked to by the guy that was on the video - cool - and I had a few questions that I wanted to know, which they answered without making me feel unknowledgeable. As I was from Christchurch they couldn't sell me one but I said I would be calling in at their shop in Chch that week and they said they had someone there that was from their shop working in Chch. My friend and I cold called in on a Tuesday afternoon and straight away Neil helped us and said it was fine for us to take two bikes for a ride around Hagley Park to give us a good go of them. This was great as we were able to swap over half way around to get the feel of each bike. I loved the Magnum and purchased it a week later. I can only say that Neil, Damien and Matty were all very friendly and helpful and this was the main reason I bought a bike from them - the customer service was excellent. I had previously been to other bike shops - feeling a little unknowledgeable - and in quite a few just left because no-one came up to me to ask if they could help. Others didn't have the product that I was looking for. Well done Electrify - you get my vote on best E Bike Shop

A pleasure to deal with Matty in buying my new Magnum Premium Folding E-Bike. He is knowledgeable, obliging and extremely helpful in providing information and guidance to assist in the purchase decision. Nothing appears to be a problem for this chap - he couldn;t be more helpful. I thoroughly researched the options available in NZ and selected Electrify.NZ to be the supplier of my new bike as they are the stockists of the Magnum E-Bike range, along with other recognised quality manufacturer's products. As an engineer I was clear in my choice - the quality of my Magnum is outstanding as are the components and technical features of the bike. The performance of its 48Volt 14AmpHour battery driving its 300 watt motor is really impressive with 6 levels of pedal assist AND full throttle control. Despite its 20 inch wheels this bike rides just like a full-sized machine and is extremely stable and comfortable. Folding it is a breeze, and the resultant 'package' is very compact.In short, I have been totally satisfied with my purchase and dealings with Electrify.NZ and wholeheartedly commend Matty Lovell to anyone in the market for a high quality and realistically priced E-Bike. I took a beat up old mountain bike here I that I bought real cheap elsewhere, got no-judgement service, Taylor threw two new tires on it and cleaned up my chain situation in under an hour while I ran errands in the area.
