Thanks to Emily, I was able to choose the right bike for me and my budget, lots of great advice in choosing such things as helmets, clothing and lights. Overall an excellent experience thanks - the bike is performing well - I had no idea that I could cover so much distance with an E Bike - even on very low assist levels.

I have several bikes repaired here. Friendly and informative service. A lot cheaper to get repairs than i thought. They fixed my bike pretty fast and economically. Bought a scooter wheel there which was super cheap. Happy to go back any time.

Pushbikes had my bike packed and shipped shortly after I made my purchase, which was really awesome! The whole process was easy as -- from receiving speedy responses to my emails right down to having my bike in my possession. Kudos all the way!

Great Customer service from Drew, unfortunately when Drew was not available the other staff seemed unable to take over where he left off and I was left waiting till he was back in the shop. Also my bank transfer was lost for a week, seemed to be a big lack of communications between there finance department and there sales team. After a week and a bit I finally have my Giant Trance X 2 and will give it a workout as soon as the rain stops. 10 stars for Drews service and 2 stars for there company not being able to find my payment for a week and not having their sales reps able to take over a sale when the original salesmen was unavailable.

Excellent knowledgeable service, the salesman was really good no pressure and he knew his stuff. The showroom is big with lots of room to look at the bikes which is far better experience than some of the national retailers in Christchurch.

Great service from these guys today fixing my sons puncture and fitting a new tire. Didn't expect them to fix it today but they did and very quickly. A great bike shop and top service.

These guys keep delivering the best service ever. I've been buying parts online for convenience from elsewhere, but increasingly I've been getting frustrated from the lack of range, or service and advice. I simply email these guys, sometimes with the most tedious of questions and they haven't broken yet! Incredible service, good pricing, invaluable advice. I think they'll become my new go-to for supporting our whole family of bicycles.

Great bunch of guys in Rangiora to deal with. If you buy local, you will get looked after no problem, no going to ChCh for a minor adjustment. It's all here. Pleased with my purchase and the service that went with it. Peter

overall I would say these guys are a relatively good bike shop - they have a good range and stock of stuff in store and fair pricing. at times the customer service leaves a little to be desired although I have had multiple experiences there - both good and bad. workshop turnaround time is not that awesome - although they do generally appear busy.

I spent a long time searching for the right bike at the right price. These guys were one of the few shops that replied to my questions. They then offered to change the bike setup to meet my needs and offered finance to meet my budget. They followed up after my purchase and offered to box my bike up before I head overseas. They gave honest reviews on bikes and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Good job team.

Ordered a niterider light over the long weekend, got delivered in Auckland on Wednesday, awesome speedy delivery despite of the fact courier companies being so busy post lockdown. Will order more stuff from this store definitely in future. I dont normally write reviews but got blown away with the great service from Pushbikes 👍

Friendly and mostly competent staff. Got my bike fully serviced for a decent price a year ago and had a few things fixed here and there. Was pretty happy so far, but had to replace the back derailleur recently (was broken) and got it back with plastic cover unfitting properly (it is broken now, but I don't know if it was before or after I broke my derailleur, so can't say much, but it is annoying now) and gears are not properly aligned. It seems the level of service is highly dependent on the worshop man behind, but the charges aren't, unfortunately. Can be disappointing.

Fantastic service. Can not believe the time spent to set up the bike so that it ran smoothly. Extra time given to fitting speedometer. Friendly staff member obviously passionate about his job and providing an exceptional service. Greatly appreciated and the bike has been a hit.

The team at Pushbikes really know what they are talking about! They are passionate about making sure you buy the right bike for you. I have dealt with alot of bike shops in the past and often felt ignored due to not presenting as a "racer" or looking a certain way. Pushbikes treated this weekend warrior like they would a seasoned racer and for that I was truely grateful. I will not shop anywhere else now. Thank you Pushbikes!

Very very happy with Pushbikes Papanui. Got the roadie annual service for coast to coast and they replaced very worn cassette, chain and rings and cables to be race ready and it was running perfect! Then got the bike scrutineered after one ride at the “official” bike shop only for them to attempt to scam me, saying it had problems they needed to repair. They gave it back to me detuned, not changing gears properly saying all good to go. Had no option but to take it back to Pushbikes. Not only did they prioritize me but they re calibrated it immediately for free and gave me some tips. Above and beyond guys, above and beyond. Customer for life.

Needed some break pads and a break bleed very last minute on a sunday. Hayden there was very accommodating. Managed to get it done. Was very helpful and will be deffently be returning.
