I bought a Trek Rail 9 from Scotty Brown's and was very impressed with the customer service from Rachel and Scotty, from great communication to making sure the bike was ready when I needed to collect it, to Scotty selling a seat which did actually turn out to be very comfortable! Go shop here, you won't regret it. They're a couple of hard cases who definitely put their customers first and sell a top notch product they stand behind.

Just purchased a new bike after being a client of the shop for a number of years. Had a few little issues with the cosmetic work on the frame. And nothing was a problem, which is on the way to being sorted out. I always get treated like I'm they're most important customer. A real rarity these days! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Aidan, Scotty and the team are true legends! Thanks so much!

Can whole heartedly recommend coming to these guys for all your biking needs. I recently purchased an ebike through them and the process couldn't have been smoother. Great communication throughout. And even a swift follow up call to warn me of a possible charger issue. Exemplary stuff Scotty 😁

On Friday afternoon I emailed two bike stores to get a quote to repair or replace my damaged wheel. One store was my local, and one was Scotty Browns, 40 minutes drive from my home. Scotty Brown's bike mechanic, Simon, called me within minutes of the email to provide some options, including quotes and his own personal advice which I took. I dropped the wheel off on Saturday (and met Scotty himself; Scotty chatted to me in the car park and greeted every customer that came past as if they were a close friend) and Simon had the new wheel ready for me - having transferred my tyre and gear cassette - by Monday midday. All for a very respectable charge. And I haven't even heard back from my local bike store yet. These guys really seem to have a winning formula, and you can very quickly see why they have such great reviews.

Recently I purchased an E bike from Christchurch Scotty Browns . Thanks Scotty for putting me onto this, had years of MT biking previously and the e bike is just great . Backup service is great and a pleasure to catch Scotty and team each time .

I'd like to say thanks to the boys today for their exceptional service, which far exceeded my expectations. I called in looking for a new back wheel for my road bike and that's what I got, after they ordered one in and then proceeded to remove one off a bike they had in store, so I could take it with me today. Friendly guys with a great customer service attitude.

I went in to buy a bike yesterday and have never received such great service in a bike shop from the moment I walked through the door - friendly and super knowledgeable staff who genuinely really care about helping you and getting your new ride set up perfectly. Couldn't recommend more highly!

The works shop lads (Simon and Tony) are second to none and Scotty and Aidan will always go the extra mile to track down the unusual stuff that I sometimes want/need. I'm tight as hell with my wallet but still shop here because expert advice and genuine service can never be over-rated when looking after your carbon-kids. Bonus: They are just good humans too.

I visited Scotty Browns over a month ago where I was provided with outstanding customer service. I was provided with all the advice and information required. I was not pressured to purchase the product. When I returned a month later, they remembered me and assisted with selling me the bike light. I also had my bike serviced at the same time which was extremely fast and made it feel like new. Thank you very much.

I don't go to Scotty's very often because visits there can be bad for my wallet. This place, and the people in it, are awesome. I do not let any other workshop touch my bike. Best in ChCh, absolutely passionate about what they do.

The team @ Scotty Brown's get it! Turned my dream into reality and created the custom retro hard tail I wanted. I was happy with my old mechanic but these guys and girl go above and beyond and are now who I will recommend for all and anything bike. Scotty Browns a master class in service.

BUSY STORE. TOO BUSY TO FIX MY TYRE THAT HAD GONE FLAT. I LEFT IT WITH THEM SO THEY RACED IT ROUND TO ANOTHER BIKE SHOP TO REPLACE THE TUBE. I HAD IT BACK WITH 40 MINUTES DELIVERED TO MY WORK. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND REALLY FRIENDLY TO BOOT. 10/10
