R.I've been The Bike Shop for a couple of years now. The service is superb , in fact we stopped in there yesterday on the to Bottle lake because the gears were slipping after renewing the chain, needed a new cluster as well. They did it while we waited. Replaced the cluster, adjusted the and straightened derailleurs, front was a little bent, and we continued on our way.
If you need spares or repairs they are great. If hey don't have it they will order it in and message or ring you when it arrives
