J.Richie is the man when it comes to bikes. He is very good at communicating what needs to be done and updated me on progress during the day with a phone call. My bike was serviced that day and he even gave it a clean to go the extra mile. If you love your bike, take it to Ritchie, he might be the only person that loves bikes more than you do!
T.I trust Richie with all my bikes. He is an expert and super tidy mechanic who always gets a perfect result. Richie is honest, super knowledgeable about all things cycling and is a always welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend Velo Passion Project highly enough.
E.Rich serviced my fork and replaced the BB on my bike. Great job - fork now buttery smooth and BB not making ugly noises. He also tidied up the cables and gave some good advice about looking after the bike. Rich has a tidy, organised workshop (good start!!) and is helpful and friendly. I've been looking for a bike shop to trust with my bike and have definitely found it here.

After 5 years of me tweaking and not ever really being fully happy with my mtb forks, he resolved it in an afternoon...
G.Richie is the man when it comes to all kinds of bikes. Have had my mounty in there for a few tweaks and took the roadie in for a full service this week. Bike came back looking and feeling brand new again. This is the one stop shop for all things biking! Highly recommend.
P.Richard did a fantastic job on our two roadbikes before we took them to the North Island. No issues at all after putting them together after boxing them and 3 days of cycling without a hitch. We have already booked a mountain bike in next!
