Great service. Seemed to take a real interest in me and what a needed. Went in to get old mtb serviced. Came out with serviced bike and a brand new one too. Appreciated the personal service and bike set up too. Go here! After being to other shops in Dunedin these guys are by far head and shoulders above the competition.

I would like to thank CycleWorld for getting my bike working. I needed to change the derailleur, inner cable and outer casing, and shifter on my vintage road bike. I had a very tight budget and Josh (the mechanic) helped me get the parts to fit my budget. They also helped adjust the brakes pro bono. I previously went to another bike shop and they just did not even want to try to help me repair my bike. Very pleased with the service and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a hand getting their bike up to speed. Thanks to Josh and the other staff who helped me (I unfortunately didn't get his name).
