Purchased our Black ATB e-bikes from Mike and have just had our first ride on them. Mike is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. We had problems getting the Buzz Rack purchased from Sun and Snow (next door) to fit our vehicle but both Mike and the guy from Sun and Snow made all the modifications and got it to fit perfectly. The 2 ATB bikes we purchased are awesome and do everything we could want. We tried other brands of bikes and for us these where the best. Great power with good accessories that come as standard. Working from home provided the opportunity to get back into biking, something I hadn't done for a number of years. Bought the Black electric trail bike online just before we shifted to Alert 3 and Mike delivered it on Day 1 of Alert 3. Has only been a couple of days but have fallen in love with the bike. The bike took longer to arrive than expected and then was immediately grounded due to a battery fault. Charging via the port in the frame is still not sorted. However the service was friendly and professional. The price was good and the bike is performing very well. Overall a very positive experience.

Visited Evo Cycles first to enquire about eBikes but they didn’t have any commuter ones for me to try. So just went across road thinking Electrify probably won’t have anything for me too. But the guy there was relaxed and said this one will suit you and you can take it home tonight just see if it gets you up the hill. And of course I flew up the hill and was super impressed. The next day after trying a few different models I had worked out what was important to me and chose a fantastic ebike which was cheaper (and better) than what I had my eye on in Evo originally. Great customer care is what made me want to buy from them in the end.

Mike at Electrify is very helpful and more than willing to let you borrow a bike overnight so you can test ride it properly. Tried a few bikes then brought a Magnum Metro bike. It makes booking up Dunedin hills so easy!

After visiting another shop and riding some other bikes it became clear he was right! I have ridden every day since, easily doubling my riding time. Amazing store!! After a recommendation from a friend I dropped a bike in that I had purchased from up north and even though not bought from them he was more than happy to repair it.
