Great service! Went to 3 other bike shops asking for a new tyre for my child’s bike. They all turned me down and sent me else where. Finally found off the chain and they were really helpful. Found a tyre for me online and even installed it and fixed my bike for really cheap. Thank you

Yet ANOTHER fantastic service from the team. Every time I come in, I give them full permission to tell me what needs replaced. And I always seem to come back to pick up the bikes pleasantly surprised at the price for the work. This time Joel and the team managed to get a rockshox fork overnighted and put on my wife’s bike in less than 2 days... just in time for our 10day biking trip. Above and beyond service!

4.40pm on a Friday I wheeled my bike in with a limp derailleur, I wasn't expecting to leave with the bike and was fearing the worst. Bike was given a quick treatment and gears indexed faster than I could go back to my car to grab my wallet. I was given some sound advice on what to do in the near future and I've got a bike to ride for the weekend, Stoked!

fantastic service book in advance as they had about a week wait time which proves that they are extremely popular I've tried a lot of bike places around Dunedin and I've never really felt confident with the people servicing it which is made me feel uneasy. I found off the chain by chance actually as I write reviews for Google and it just happened to pop up in my feed did some research and thought id try them out well I couldn't be more happier they are fantastic people to deal with extremely well priced and know what they're talking about and I actually trust them after talking with Joel my mind was put at ease about what I wanted done and I felt extremely comfortable having them work on my bike. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will now be dealing with them and them only in the future thanks kindly Joel and team sorting my spokes out and putting my mind at ease

Great bike repair shop. Jeremy and his team know their trade. No set cookie cutter repair levels they only do what's asked and advise if your bike needs more attention. Thats what keeps me going back time and again.

The only place worth taking your bike to for repairs. Friendly staff more than happy to talk about upgrades options to fix and really just riding in general. Repairs are top notch as well as servicing would recommend.

This bike shop is one of my favourites and they do a great job of looking after my MTB and time trial bikes. I have dealt with both Jeremy and Joel over a number of years at different shops, the are always very good. Highly recommended!

Brilliant place with lovely people and a great service. Rich checked over my bike and replaced all the old/dodgy parts, contacting me with updates so I could agree to the new price. He also took the time to explain why the parts needed to be replaced which was greatly appreciated. My bike feels brand new now! Definitely made the right decision taking it here. Thank you!
