K.Visited this shop with my hubby, last year. Bought him some of the Duke Cannon Lip Balm, which is really nice and very effective. Ordered more on line last week, for Xmas stocking and arrived prompty with a lovely Thank You card. My husband says he will be returning to the store one day, to purchase one of your amazing Retro bikes. Store is definitely worth a visit.

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks again for the awesome service we recently received at Blackwell and Sons (Bike Repair part) from Shane and Adam. Firstly we took in a bike that we had attempted to put together ourselves and failed miserably in doing so. Thankfully they saved the day. Next we took in another one but that one was a faulty one (out of a box) so we returned it to the shop. The next bike was rubbish too so we took that back too. Thankfully we got there with bike number 3. We really appreciated that safety was of paramount concern and importance. Not to mention the friendly service on top of it all. Thanks heaps :)

P.I could only stop in store for a few minutes while traveling but was impressed by the shop space and the vibe. I later ordered some items online and the service was just superb. Fast, friendly and personalised. Will definitely be calling in again whenever passing by and will ordering online again (and again and again). Recommended!

A.Adam and the team are just awesome, so friendly with helpful advice plus they had demo bikes, so testing made it easier to choose, my wife Melanie brought a Smartmotion e-City and even though we are in New Plymouth, they personally delivered the bike all ready to go :)
