Special day out in Hawke’s Bay. We stayed out way longer than intended! The trails are gorgeous, and the bikes are so comfortable, perfect for cruising around the wineries. Murray is so helpful, informative and responsive - he made pickup and dropoff a breeze, made sure we were well fitted out, gave great recommendations and we felt we were in very good hands. Highly recommend this service. Thanks Murray!!

Murray and the team are awesome. We picked up our bikes in the morning and enjoyed the loop trail. The bikes are super comfy (seat is very cushiony) and the basket up front was perfect for my extra things. Good price and value.

LOVED our wine cycle tour today. Highly recommend the loop down the Tuki Tuki river then around the back to Te Awanga winery. Finish by cycling down the coast stopping at the wineries on the way back, was a good distance without being too hard, maybe 2-3 hours total, longer if you wanted to spend more time at the wineries. Beautiful scenery through the vineyards, hills and coast. The retro cruiser bikes were great, easy and comfortable to ride. Must do activity when in Hawkes Bay.

What an awesome day we had! Did not expect we would use the bikes for the full day, but we didn't want to stop! Great bikes, great cycle track and obviously awesome vineyards. Great price too!

We were recommended Coastal Wine Cycles by our Airbnb just down the road and had the best day on our bikes. I had one of the gorgeous Cruiser bikes and now want one of my own. Even though the weather turned a little during the day, we still had such a great time. Murray was so great and helpful, making the whole day feel very relaxed, and giving us some great, clear tips and instructions so we made the most of our wine touring. 10/10 would definitely recommend/use again!

Can't recommend this experience enough! Coastal Wine Cycle's beautiful Electra bicycles made cycling easy and comfortable, and we took in so much more of the beautiful Hawke’s Bay's countryside and coastline than we ever would have by car or foot. We chose not to stop so we could see more of the scenery, but can only imagine partaking in some wine or lunch at one of the many pretty vineyards around the area would only add to a great day out. Highly reasonable in price, with friendly, attentive service and local knowledge. Would definitely come back to explore more of the Cape Kidnappers Coast Cycle Trail. Coastal Wine Cycles is in a great location, very close to the coast and the many cycle trails in the area.

Coastal Wine Cycle name was misleading for our experience. Appreciate we booked in for the Sunday before Anzac day, however the management at Costal Wine Cycle were "unaware" that more than 75% of the wineries were closed on the day we reserved the bikes. Considering the name, we would of expected the management to at least been aware of wineries that were open. The one that he "thought" was closed (Te Awanga Estate) was in fact the only one actually open. Took us about 6 other "closed" signs to try our luck at Te Awanga Estate, and we were thankful we didn't listen to the inadequate communication from Coastal Wine Cycles. There were about 6 other groups we ran into that had the same misleading problem. When we communicated our experience upon return of the bike, the management at Coastal Wine Cycles only blamed Covid and wished us luck on the rest of our day. Extremely disappointed, value for money was not met.

Rented bikes from here for me and my mum for the day. Service was fantastic and great communication. The bikes were super cool and with comfy seats. Anyone with avertae fitness would have an awesome day on this trip. Few hills and fantastic vineyards. Options of short or long trails. Would fully recommend adding this to your bay of plenty trip.

This year for our Xmas work do we decided to do a winery tour on bikes with thanks from Coastal Wine Cycles - Charlotte offers an amazing service. Bikes are super comfy and easy to ride. Charlotte's extra support in helping to create and plan a great experience for our day was fab. Our first stop was Beach House Wines - fantastic wine tasting experience. Te Awanga Estate was next - fab experience too and very accomodating. Elephant Hill was an impromptu stop and Clearview was our last stop - each had a staff member that let their teams down a tad. Once we dropped our bikes back off, we finished up relaxing at Costal Wine Cycles idealic depot where Charlotte greeted us and made us feel so welcome to stay and take our time reminiscing the awseome events of our day before heading home. Highly recommend including Coastal Wine Cycles, Beach House Wines and Te Awanga Estate in your future winery tours for a great experience:-) We had such a great day and are all talking about when we'll return with our families and friends to try and recreate the experience:-) Very much appreciated Charlotte, thank you!

Die Fahrräder waren super haben eine wunderschöne Route an dem Beach entlang gemacht. Sind danach noch in den Weingütern eingekehrt und haben dort winetastings gemacht.
