Great service, friendly and experienced team, extremely fast turnaround and affordable prices. Asked for a small fix on my road bike and have been told to just drop the bike off. Expectation was set that it might take a few days. Not even 3 hours later I got a text from Nico that the bike is ready. All done to my satisfaction, bike rides like a dream now.

OMG, what a service. It was an awesome experience that I had with the guys from this shop. Communication was flawless. Products were ready for dispatch 30 min after I placed the order so I received them the next morning (so less then 24 hours from ordering to delivery). Some sweets were in the parcel as well to make the experience even sweeter. Keep up the excellent work guys.

I've always received amazing service each time I visit the store. Renae, Nico and Dan are friendly and knowledgeable and never falter from giving expert advice. In current times it's nice to receive good old fashioned customer service and even when the phone rings, like it did when I was in store yesterday, they still put their customers they're dealing with in person first. Customer service like this is very rare these days!

Nico and the team went over and above to find out why a particular part didn't fit my bike. They tracked down the right part from the manufacturer and shipped overnight to Christchurch. Will definitely deal with Cycle Nation in the future 😁

The team at Cycle Nation are amazing. We were visiting Hawkes Bay and started off just wanting to hire an extra bike, but ended up needing a repair on one of our own bikes. They went above and beyond to finish the repair in time for us to still get a ride in that day. Such a friendly, helpful bunch! Highly recommend!

I feel so at ease here, as a woman it can be quite intimidating in a cycle shop, but not at Cycle Nation - they are the best and give such an amazing and personal service. I have recommended them many times and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I also get my protein powder and coconut oil from here... how awesome is that?! Great supplement and snack selection too 😊

Very handy to have Cycle Nation in heart of Havelock Nth, caters for the rider who likes to get out for some fresh air with bike hires up to the competitive cyclist. Absolute asset having a lovely female at the helm, friendly & knowledgeable. Luv the lollies on the counter, vast Castelli range & efficient service on entering. The owners, Nicolas and Renae, are the loveliest people. They answered all my questions as a novice bike rider and hooked me up with a sweet bike. Awesome customer service, would definitely recommend them!

Recently got a new wheel laced, he did a really good job, fast and for best price after asking around. Had a buckle taken out by them once before & was done perfectly. The owner is from Chile, he's a really nice guy and gives an honest advice, you can just sense he's passionate about biking.

Renae and Nico are amazing to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. They have a large range of stock and they’re always willing to order something in if they don’t have it. Nothing is a problem. Highly recommend!

My bike was well over due a service. Nico and his team did a great job. Kept in touch with new parts needed and gave me choices. Done the job within hours. I now have a bike that looks and rides like new again.
