S. W.Really great people. Very helpful and informative. The guy with da dreads giving us the run down on site was a total crack up... We love the whlle package. Highly recommend the total package... New Zealand truly is a beautiful place.
E bikes are great and it is probably a difficulty of 3 on the effort required to complete the West Coast 58km section of the course. Definately need to take cash with you if you want (and you will definately need) refreshments along the way.
M. M.Me and the mrs did the Kaikohe to Horeke ride. The ride was beautiful. Tipene sorted our bikes and he was the man. Sorted our bikes, gave us notable spots to stop at, and was crack up. We caught the shuttle too and we were picked up by Rob. He gave us a really interesting impromptu guide on the area's history. Cool ride and good people
J. P.Really happy with the great service provided. I had to amend our booking a few times and nothing was a bother. The pickup driver arrived in plenty of time before our prearranged time. He was really helpful and gave us lots of local information. The ebike I hired was a good quality brand easy to use. Very happy to recommend Top Trail

Definitely worth doing - especially starting from Kaikohe each day and cycling down to either coast as it was a lovely gentle ride both days. A great way to get out of the car and enjoy the scenery, birds and wildlife at a slower pace.

H. T.We did a bicycle ride as a shore excursion from a cruise, and it was run by Top Trail. They did a great job organizing the bicycles and logistics of a nice 14 kilometer ride along an old railway bed. It was mostly a gentle slope upwards and went through nice farm and forest country, and included a walk/ride through a tunnel. The bicycles were in good shape and had good gears. No carry pouches, so bring a backpack. Water was provided, and there was a nice cafe at the end of the ride.
