BRM is a great bike shop. Friendly and knowledgeable team who offer a great service. Jamie got me on the right bike and 1000km later I still love it! Much better service than the big box stores.

I was looking for local bike shop to support, didn't want T7 to fail me again. Awesome awesome shop, they sorted my bike quickly! Very happy NOT to hear any pandemic excuse. Jamie and Esbon are the coolest. App is sweet too!

Really good bike shop, close to the trails, Jamie is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jamie was extremely helpful on my custom build intense recluse, finding all the parts and putting it together was no problem and he made it easy. Thanks Brm cycles!

Great service. Had the worst experience waiting weeks at Torpedo 7 and heard the same thing from someone else who had a similar experience. They said to go check out BRM as the service is awesome and they were right. I didn't have to wait weeks for a new bike and I'm stoked with my purchase. Highly recommended. Jamie and his team are awesome. I've been meaning to put a review up for a while in appreciation of the great work he did building up a custom Yeti SB5.5 for me. He sourced excellent parts, provided great communication and service. Very happy with the result pricewise as well! Way better than other service I've received at Barrie's point shops. Very handy to Woodhill/Riverhead trails as well. You won't be disappointed with the results/advice.

I’m riding the AT at the moment and had trouble with changing gears. Called into the shop, he dropped what he was doing ( sorry to that person) and fixed my problem straight away. Then just to top it off didn’t charge me for it and sent me in my way. That’s service to the extreme. Support these guys because they deserve it !!

Thanks to Jamie for amazing after-sales service. Was able to ride my new e-bike into the city and arrived at work wired and ready for work rather than frustrated by sitting in traffic. Took me less time on my e-bike rather than stuck in traffic from Kumeu!

Awesome bike shop perched right on the edge of some great trails. The owner was very friendly and knowledgable about bikes. Gave us all the time in the world and pointed us in the direction of places to ride. Shop is well stocked with great brands and things you wish you had! Highly recommend for all your MTB needs.

My left crankarm (RF Next) was defect and I needed one badly as I was traveling to the south island the day after. They lent me a spare for the two weeks I went away. The guys went absolutely out of their ways to help me, and they also recommended me some great trails in Riverhead forrest. Very knowledgeable and service minded. Nice work guys and thanks for your help!
