Brent and his team were AWESOME, kept me up to date with when my bike was arriving, as per everything with COVID delaying everything, When my bike arrived I travelled to Wellington to get it, Brent and his team were so helpful even spending time setting up my bike for my weight and height AAAA++++ great service guys thanks

Bit hit and miss. Staff seem to enjoy having their own chats rather than helping customers. Staff were having a rather political discussion about Trump etc! Simple things take a while. Had a bike fit that was great. Wouldn't recommend for anything other than an off the shelf item.

Went in to buy a shimano BB socket and we’re told they had none. The person serving said they’d check upstairs if they had a plastic adapter (which was much appreciated) in the meantime I saw what looked like what I wanted and asked about it, server said “that’s not what you want, that’s for (I can’t remember what he said)”. While he was serving another customer I went and got my BB and tried it with said tool which fit perfectly then told the server that it looks like what I wanted he didn’t seem to believe me until I inserted it in front of him to show him. Often have hit or miss service here, usually go to evo first and then here because of this but would prefer to support a smaller shop like CS tbh.

Broke a spoke today and the awesome people at Lower Hutt fixed it for me so that I can cycle tomorrow. Thanks guys and girl I saw working there today. Awesome, I'll be back.

Best bike shop in Wellington, they don't just out together bikes and sell them, they have a great bunch of mechanics that clearly know their trade and have repaired gears, spokes and suspension for me, efficiently and for a fair price. Very happy customer.

Really great experience. Mans was a great help getting me through the process of choosing the right bike for my stage of fitness and one the I can grow with. The fitment to the bike was great as well getting the bike set to my build. I must admit I was hesitant with spending the money BUT it is worth it. What a difference. Once again awesome service. Nothing is too much trouble. I have moved from the area but still come to Lower Hutt purely to get my bike serviced by the guys at Cycle Science

First time in the store, and what a great experience - staff were very knowledgeable. I spent a long time looking at different models of bikes for myself and had time to speak to a number of staff, who were all helpful. I ended up buying a new LIV Pique they then set me up on the bike so it was made for me. The best thing was Matt really listened to what I wanted. Would highly recommend these guys.

Came to Cycle Science in Lower Hutt after some terrible service at another Specialized Dealer. I had my bike fitting redone by Liam and what a difference it made! I’ve been riding for about 2 weeks after the fit now and all the problems I had are gone, super comfortable! We will be back again :)

Just picked up my new bike. The team spent an hour getting everything setup on the bike to suit me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Have been shopping with Cycle Science for a number of years, and the team always go out of there way to have the best service, with awesome prices. Nothing is too much trouble. I bought a seatdropper the other day and it was a busy Saturday, but they fitted it for me straight away. Thanks guys great job.

Called in to cycle science on the weekend after being recommended by USO. I was looking for my first road bike as i am doing iron Maori this year. They looked after me on a sweet deal and gave me loads of good advice. Highly recommend to my whanau and friends they couldn't have been more helpful.

Bought a full suspension mountain bike (Giant). At first everything looks fine, went for a ride the front crank started moving and fell out the frame. Called Cycle Science they wanted to keep the bike for one week to fix it. Went to another cycle store in wellington center they fix it for free in 10 minutes they also fixed the front fork and the The settle wasn't fix properly. Not sure what happen at cycle science when the bike was build :( I mark it as three stars since people at cycle science where really helpful and very professional, to speak with. Hopefully not got injured when bike fell appart! :)

Was looking for a bicycle for my 10 year old daughter, they staff where super helpful and easy to talk about the different models. We not only bought a bike for my daughter but also a bike for myself. Well worth the visit.

I brought a Giant Talon from cycle science and got a great deal and it has lasted extremely well. I haven't had to have anything fixed on it after 3 years
