Fantastic customer service, had an awesome experience with James being very patient while I repeatedly asked questions - very tolerant and helpful as I tried every helmet until I found a perfect fit - awesome selection of bikes with knowledgeable staff to help with any questions I'd had. Will definitely be back and am very glad there was such helpful salespeople to help out. The staff are clearly dedicated to their work. Highly recommend Evo Cycles and have found that anywhere else (especially during this pandemic) has a lackluster selection of bikes and lazier staff. Other stores have given me an "I don't know" on questions, whereas the staff at Evo seemed more than keen to help out and find the answers. Great spot to get a brand new bike, scooter, e-bike, helmet, etc.

One of four large separate cycle shops in Lower Hutt. But prices need to be more competitive among those shops as most parts are double the online prices for the same item. Evo had good service the day I visited which was appreciated.

Highly recommend the workshop! Took my road bike in to get a derailleur hanger replaced and a gear tune after I had a crash. Jake went above and beyond what I expected and my bike came back looking brand new and is now running smoother than ever. The rest of the team was also really lovely and helpful. Greatly appreciated as I ride 10-16 hours per week. Thanks again!

The Lower Hutt store is well stocked and spacious compared to other stores in the region, impressing me with the variety of bikes and accessories. I had already seen the bike I wanted for a great price on their website then when I came into the store the two guys who served me were really helpful & friendly, answering my questions and showing me what I needed. The whole experience was very pleasant and I love the new toy.

Very well presented store, wonderful customer service. The staff always go above and beyond however we have purchased all of our older kids bikes, helmets and gloves from Evo, they are amazing bikes and the kids absolutely love them, but we were disappointed to find that the bikes we spent a lot of money on don’t get a free service. When querying this they offered us 3 services for $199. When also buying my daughters bike at MyRide at the same time for about the same price, we were advised that her bike will receive a fee service at 6weeks, 12weeks and 6months. So if you are anything like me and suck at servicing your bike, MyRide would be the place to go.

Fantastic buying experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and were more than willing to spend the time necessary with me. Most of the staff on the floor spent time with me at some point of the buying process. Gareth was very knowledgeable about the technologies employed on the latest bikes and was able to answer all my questions. Dee was very helpful in choosing additional equipment for the bike pointing out the differences between the different brands available to aid my purchasing decision as well as assisting in the setup of the bike. The mechanic out the back was very proficient and competent in the bike's setup as well as making recommendations where necessary for subsequent adjustments. I have since made additional purchases at this store and would recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a new set of wheels.

Amazing service! Have done a few online orders with them and also visited their shop to browse and buy the odd item. Staff are happy to help either in person or over the phone. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me find the perfect bike. Evo had lots of options, too, and walked me through all the little things I needed to know as someone starting off with an e-bike.

Really helpful. I originally ordered a bike which was sent to the store and built but had also considered another bike which just came into the store. They allowed me to take the other bike no problem, helped setup the suspension for me and even loaded the pedals on. I pick up the bike the very last day before lock down so been itching to try it out. Thanks Evo!

Bikes for the whole family!!!! Our whole family went and got bikes from Evo cycles in lower hutt and the sales person Rick was great!!! He was patient and walked my 11 year old son through trying out several bikes and helped with his test ride. (My son hasn't rode a bike in a few years and was a bit unsteady)/ Well needless to say we were so impressed with him and the store my wife and I also purchased bikes from him. I highly recommend Evo in Lower Hutt.

Great selection, best advice and in my mind they go above and beyond with their level of post purchase service. Nothing is a problem and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Gareth was awesome when I was looking for a new bike and Richie and the guys have been amazing making sure the bike is setup perfect for me. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else!

I originally ordered the Yedoo dragstr scooter then changed my mind and got the Yedoo Mezeq scooter through the online store on the 11 Jan, which arrived on the 13 Jan. Attempted to assemble it last night... was an epic fail,, called them up this morning was advised if I bought it in today it'll be ready by Monday as they were booked up however I leave on Sunday back to Auckland to work, so they told me to bring it in today anyway and a Brett or jake would be able to help. Excellent customer service from all the staff there. And it only took them about an hour to get it up and running thank you Evo Cycles Lower Hutt 👍

I went in on their first day open in the new Lower Hutt store. It was, as you can imagine, packed with people and all the staff were very busy. It took quite a long time before anyone could come and help me, although I was happy enough browsing for a while. When someone did come, service was brilliant. The guy asked a lot of questions and spent plenty of time trying to understand what I really wanted. He showed me a bunch of options, explained the differences between them, had the guys in the workshop adjust seat heights, etc. and let me take them for a ride around the carpark a few times. I was impressed with the range of bikes; different styles, brands and covering most price points. I didn't look around much at other areas like accessories, clothing, etc. but the store seemed well laid out so it was easy to see where things are if you go in looking for something particular. Staff know what they're talking about and weren't pushy at all; apart from pedals (because the bike I was looking at didn't come with them) there was no attempt to upsell me anything else. I have made a bit of a list of other stuff I want to get now I've had the bike for a few weeks, so I'm looking forward to going back...

I found the shop to have a magnificent variety of product. They had good range of spares and accessories and very helpful staff. Like many businesses they are suffering from the lack of supply in some areas but I was not disappointed in the variety that I saw on the day that I visited.
