Amazing service. I went in with my grandmother as she had developed an interesting in cycling. The attendant was up front with her about the range of movement that would be needed for her to ride and every helped her try pedaling. It was apparent that the guy that helped us did not want to sell my grandmother something that she could not use. Putting your customers well being first is not only the sign of a good business it is the sign of a good person. I can not recommend this business enough.

Wow!!! What great service, Leigh is so helpful, he has a great shop. Have been a customer for a few years now, and has always looked after us. Boys are so happy with there new wheels. We will be back!!! Cheers Chris

Fantastic service such a pleasure to deal with. The owner went out of his way to help us. Our bike had quite a few issues and it was repaired super quick and at a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough thank you.

Amazing service! I was having saddle soreness issues and a friend recommended Kaimai Cycles. Leigh measured my sit bones and then loaned me two saddles to try out for a fortnight. Much better riding now! Highly recommend!

A big thank you to the people at Kaimai Cycles in Morrinsville. I had been having trouble with my brakes. With some hard riding over the next few days I needed them looked at. It was late on Friday afternoon not long before closing time when I showed up. Being a retailer myself I know how frustrating that can be. But the gentlemen there couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly checking the brakes over and giving me the much needed reassurance. A very big thank you.

My bike had a broken rear wheel axle. The guys fixed it no worries at very reasonable price. Friendly team would highly recommend

Took my MB in for advice on adjusting it for more neck/shoulder comfort. Worked out well and will get alterations done next week
