Though setting up to open the young lady and man quickly and efficiently sorted out new cleats for me while we waited for the till after to open. The service was friendly and quick. I am so happy that I went to Evo Cycles Mount Maunganui to get my bike fixed. Love the idea of them having the option that if you click and collect they will put everything together ready to ride for you! Got my first beautiful vintage bike through them and have never loved riding a bike so much before!
S.I was at work last Friday and found i had a flat front tyre and no way to fix it. I took the wheel off and raced over to Evo on Hewletts road to see if there was anyway it could be fixed. It wasn't an issue for the Service team and took all of 10 minutes to get me on the road again and at a good price - life savers!
R.Awesome I ordered a Cane Creek headset came overnight and arrived before the email to say it had shipped. Nice prices flat rate shipping, and the item in stock not a warehouse 3 days away, So I get to ride today as its already fitted.

Thank you for sending the bike Friday. I picked it up from Fastway, Masterton, first thing Saturday morning from where it was straight to Happy Valley Cycles where Brent got it set up for me. That was real easy with only the handlebars needing to be fitted to the stem. Next, onto the trainer where we set up the seat position and I was good to go. So far I’ve been out for two rides (A short 20km Saturday afternoon and a 70km Sunday morning) and I must say I’m hugely impressed with the Focus Izalco Ergo 1.0 (2015) carbon with Fulcrum 6.5 wheels. The bike is a work of art. Handling is responsive and the ride is smooth and fast.
Hill climbs are a vast improvement from my old Avanti Pro Kona (which, granted, was not geared as broadly as this) and I’m very impressed too with the Bontrager Paridigm RL saddle which has been comfortable from the first ride. Thank you for suggesting that saddle. Cleaning is also really easy with the internal cable routing and with all the cow crap on our roads that is certainly a consideration.
The upgrade to the Ultegra crank must have saved some weight, because, including the Shimano Ultegra carbon pedals, the bike weighs in at 8.47kg. The price, for a full Ultegra set-up, in a German engineered carbon bike, is impressive.
