A.The team at My Ride are an Awesome team who have helped us with several bikes in recent years, including kids bikes, road bikes and recently the new Scott Spark cross country mountain bike.
The staff are great to deal with and always listen to what the customer needs, going above and beyond to get you what you want.
After reading reviews and speaking to the team at My Ride, I decided the New Scott Spark (with internal rear shocks) was the bike for me. I was able to pay a deposit before it was even in the MyRide ordering system and had the bike as soon as it was released in NZ. John managed to do some horse-trading with head office to have the right bike in the right size. As such I am already into my forth month riding this next generation of bike and loving it.

J.Thanks team, really appreciate the effort you went to for me. My dad's bike was just out of the 12 month warranty from when it had been ordered, and just on if you count from delivery. The ebike battery wouldn't charge on the bike. They contacted the battery supplier and got an agreement that it would be covered as a warranty repair, then forwarded the details onto my ride botany which is closer to where the bike now is for us to get it done. Thanks again.
