I went to the shop to replace a very expressive front bike light that died after a month. And the worker and boss where amazing to me help me swap the light for a new one. Took only 10 minutes for them to call the company of the light and sort out the light. They have outstanding good customer service 10/10 .I highly recommend these shop.

Top notch service and highly recommend anyone in the bay! The guy Kieran took his time to show me how I fix my own problem on my bike, while he serviced the part I needed on the day. Plus gave me the options of what I can go with, to make sure I don’t run into it again. You don’t get that kind of service everyday, and definitely will be sticking with Evo cycles for my bike services! 🤙🏽

Staff were awesome, and man the bike OMG. Trek Rail 9 2022 - need a recommendation - I will give it to this bike - it is a beast. The eMTB mode is fabulous, the suspension killer. I race up hill - have just as much fun going up as down. I am exhausted by the end of it as its full on! 2 to 3 hours at MTB park at full noise 50% battery and I havent spared the horses!. Anyone who says ebikes are cheating nope they are just 100% fun up and down smiling ALL the way. I wouldnt be out there on an acoustic but on my ebike 2 times a week - so it has to be good for me!.
