A.Great place, great service and great prices. They got a something for everyone.
G.When we got there the team were running around like headless chickens. There seemed to be no system in place. Three people were trying to serve everyone at once without communicating with each other, which meant that we were given a bike with very thin road tires when we were doing an off road trail, with no instructions or directions on how to get to our destination. This made for a very sketchy ride, getting lost and not having the right bike for the terrain. When we got back no one served us until we put the bikes in the wrong place and we got told off, we almost forgot to pay because of the whacky system that takes payment at the end of the ride instead of before. The scenery on the way and the wineries are beautiful. The city is perfectly designed for a nice flat ride. Make sure you have the right bike and a good idea of where to go before you leave.
Y.Hired their e-bikes. Quick service, billed in good nick, with a carrier for need water bottles etc. Had a lovely ride, only thing was the bike seats are pretty hard!! 😩.

E.Well organized, easy to rent bikes, helmets, locks etc from. 30 min cycle to some lovely wineries from the shop, lovely flat cycle path all along the waterfront right by the shop, staff are friendly and helpful and the bikes are decent too! Would definitely recommend!
D.Pricing here is very reasonable, especially considering what other places near other ports in NZ charge. The gentleman working at the time was very friendly and helpful. The bikes themselves were well-worn and definitely not kept up as well as they could be. Still, given the pricing, I would highly recommend Fishbike.

N.Nice friendly operation offering very well maintained bikes at competitive prices . A lot of easy cycleways in the Napier area so a good way to get around. I know it's paying money to keep fit but the views sure as hell beat staring at a monitor in a gym. Try them if in the area.
p.Great service, great bikes, unfortunately we punctured a tyre and our ride was cut abit short but when we returned the bike we were only charged for the time we had the bikes.
Would definitely recommend the experience and using this shop.

D.A great rental shop, with very good quality bikes and great service. They are friendly, and helpful. The shop is right along an excellent biking trail that leads all along the shore line. It is great value for the money and a great way to have fun.

p.A lot of fun in a beautiful setting. The napier bike paths in both directions from this place are awesome. The guy was really helpful and gave us good advice.... and as for the ebikes.... i want one now. We are not regular cyclists but the electric bikes made our cycling enjoyable as we easily rode 10km out to a vineyard for lunch.
