Good service but last time we hired we could drop e-bikes off in the evening no problem. This time involved a 4.30pm at the latest drop off or $50 fee which just means you need to plan accordingly ie ride locally. Bike racks need replacing.

The staff made everything so easy. Great bikes for the conditions, superb accommodation bookings and a fantastic itinerary. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you're not that confident on a bike.

We had an incredible time in Nelson thanks to you all! Jim was a gem! We had a major delay out of Wellington and Jim was incredibly accommodating. The cycle out to Mapau was lovely and leisurely. Thanks!

Lots of different cycle tours offered by this company. Quite well organised and the couple that owns it are very friendly and gave us lots of tips about what to do/where to go in the area. We really enjoyed the Spooners Tunnel tour.
