My wife and I were in the market for new E bikes and carried out a lot of research in the process. I'm a member of Consumer NZ and highly regard their in depth testing of products. After several visits to various bike shops and viewing various models, we decided on having a good look at the Moustache range. Consumer rate Moustache as being their number 1 pick of E bikes in almost every facet of operation. These were found at The Cycle Shop in Stoke and right from the very first visit, we were impressed with the courteous and first class service from the management and staff at The Cycle Shop in Stoke. Needless to say, we purchased two new Moustache E bikes and are absolutely thrilled with them. No more hills and no more headwinds, yeah!! We are trail riders not serious mountain bike riders so our purchase reflected what most suited us. The after sales service has been faultless to say the least. Excellent company, excellent bikes, excellent end result. Highly recommended.

After looking at alot of e bikes all round Nelson,I decided on a Moustache bike,made in France which was a plus rather than all made in china. I found Belinda and hubby,Shay,Luke all passionate about service and there bikes, they all know there stuff and go the extra mile for you,they are like a family and not pushy , I ended up spending alot more than I thought I would when first looking,but am very pleased with what I bought. And being a Nelson owned store was supporting local. I recommend you go see them if your unsure of the style or if U know what U want try a Moustache ebike before buying anything else, as soon as I got on it I knew, was like riding the Farrari of bikes .

I had an old bike serviced and worn parts replaced. Things are now better than new. Great service and communication. They phoned to double check before doing any serious work and sent a text to let me know when things were done. The price was very good as well. I'll definitely be back.

A big shout out to Belinda & Tony Mallabar, and their team at The Cycle Shop (especially Shay Ede in the workshop). They went the extra mile to repair our bikes after we damaged them during a recent holiday trip. Even "up-speced" a wheel at no extra cost to ensure they finished the work at the quoted price, and had us back on the road even quicker than promised. Can't speak highly enough of these great folk. Wonderful group of people with a family atmosphere. They know their bikes and are keen to make sure buyers get the appropriate bike for them and are willing to take the time to make sure that happens (and that includes borrowing bikes for longer test rides which can be really helpful).
