K.Wonderful friendly set up. Good information about riding tracks. Great bikes. E bikes are the way to see New Plymouth waterfront.
G.We came early in the morning to hire 2 bikes.
The owner maybe wasn’t prepared to host customers that early as he seemed a bit cocky.
Otherwise, can’t really complain about anything else.
Gears provided were good quality and also the good weather made an amazing experience!
Maybe a feedback I can give to all the staff is to advise customers to return the bikes at the back of the building?

A.Amazing service - broke a spoke on my Road bike on New year's eve and they manged to get it fixed for me within a couple of hours. The staff at Cycle inn are knowledgeable and friendly.
L.We hired bikes for a day for six of us. They had bikes to fit our different sizes and the bikes were excellent. Great value for money and service.

m.😀Get there early on weekends to hire a bike. We did and hired 3 e-bikes. 2 hrs for $30 each e-bike. Great! 2 hrs is heaps of time! Did 12 ks in 95 minutes. Boardwalk/cycle way. We'll do this again!
Service was quick. Explanation on use easy to understand. Only negative was on bike return guys so busy they didn't realise we'd returned. We left bikes not realizing they didnt know. Sorry guys.
L.I had a broken spoke on my bike and phoned here after the other bike shop said it would take 5 days to fix! Cycle Inn is my usual bike shop. I just happened to be closer to the other one when the spoke broke. I took it to Cycle Inn and they fixed it the same day! And service is always top notch! I highly recommend and they remain my favourite in service with a smile and going the extra mile and speed of turn around. Recommend recommend recommend!
M.Wow! Just went in to get a new rear reflector for my bike. They helped me choose the right one and then gave it to me free. I'm a visitor from Wellington so not even a regular customer. Excellent customer service.

C.They were open over Easter which is positive but sold out by lunchtime. Did not suggest alternative hire locations. That said this is a proper bike shop so quality probably good although I didn’t actually see any hire bikes.
G.Huge amounts of bikes for hire, all sizes, massive range of bikes to buy as well. Friendly staff gave helpful directions and a map of areas to look out for along coastline bike trail. Bikes for hire were all good quality bikes
B.Came up to New Plymouth with my boys bikes. My oldest front tube split after being perished and I hadn’t bought any tools or spare tubes. Went on in labour weekend Sunday and they sorted me out even though they were busy. In and out in 10 minutes and at a great price. Anytime I’m back I’ll Definitely be going there to anything bike related.
N.Hired 4 bikes for a day of riding the waterfront trail. A fantastic waterfront ride - wish other areas of NZ would build cycleways as good as this
D.I can only assume that any poor reviews have been left by mistake. Perhaps intended for another bike shop not so far away. Always great service and advice.... Above and beyond everytime I've been in.
