Staff were awesome, done a click and collect and when all items were ready I received a message and even received a call stating I was still waiting for one item. When I went in to collect the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be buying from this store again

I thoroughly recommend the crew at Evo cycles and no I'm not paid to write this. The friendly helpful advice given freely and willingness to fit into my schedule is not to be sneezed at in todays busy world. Will continue to use their services. Particular thanks to Greg....need a payrise!

Not knowing anything about mountain bikes and thinking I don't need to spend that much. The staff at Evo explained the quality differences between the bikes and I ended up spending a lot more that I expected but are very happy to do so as the bike I bought will suit me better and last.

The crew at Orewa went over the top for me. Bike I decided on had just sold, a quick call around and they located another, this meant I could take the bike there and then, as someone that traveled down from Northland to purchase a bike that day, these guys made sure that would happen, the final checks and setup were spot on, bike fits like a glove. These young guys wee really awesome.

Craig was very helpful to fix a small thing on my bike and didn’t even charge. I’ve been to this shop a few times and the guys seem very helpful despite how busy they are.

Great support and help from the bike Technicians. Very professional and efficient with a good recommendation that has made my cycling stronger.

I bought a Giant Roame e bike from Evo Orewa. I have been back a couple times for minor adjustments and the team have always been helpful and friendly and helped me straight away to get me back riding again.

Evo Orewa are a top shop. Great staff. Excellent customer service attitudes, and on top of that knowledgeable experienced personnel who go the extra mile to help out.

Despite the Covid restrictions the purchase was seamless. We pre-ordered and got the bike around the date promised once it had arrived in store. The young assistant was helpful and patient. Great to have a bike shop on the Hibiscus Coast.

Always awesome service from Leo and the guys, had a puncture a few months ago on a Sunday. Rocked in to the Orewa Store and they did it on the spot. Last Sunday my front derail-er cable snapped, rocked in and again and the repair was done while I waited.

Leo (aka "The Bikefather") was very knowledgeable and extremely help with sorting out all the details for purchasing my new bike and the necessary gear for it. I look forward to working with the team in the future. Thank you.
