J.Fantastic service; always polite when I am in store and they go the extra mile. I have recently purchased an E bike from them, and they have been great since my purchase. After sales support has been great.
Only criticism - online experience is not the easiest... Company only have facebook webpage, and online store is non-existent. Also no Paywave, and given I use my phone for most transactions, has caught me out a few times already. If not for these small things I would have given them 5 stars!
Overall, I will be coming back to these guys for everything bike related. Their knowledge, professionalism, and advice have been the difference compared to other stores in Palmy.

R.Really depends who you strike. most of the staff are friendly and helpful but one of the younger guys seemed intent on saying the only thing with having was the bike a couple of grand more than what you happen to be looking at. Gave the impression we were inconveniencing him by being in the store. Pity as the others have been helpful and friendly.

The person that I dealt with acted in a very professional, prompt and personal manner.
I believe the owner of the business was away in Turangi (fishing / cycling), it must be quite satisfying for him knowing that while he is away enjoying himself, his business is being well and truly looked after.
R.Good selection of bikes. I just wanted a simple bike for around town and the mechanic showed me a Giant brand. Test ride as long as I wanted and ordered as perfect for me.

S.Excellent Customer service, these guys know their stuff and want to sell you a bike that will suit your needs, from full on down hill mountain biking, road race bikes to all round commuting bikes, e-bikes etc. Highly recommended
J.Was sold a bike that just wasn't quite for me (I'm a big lad), so not only did Steve rectify this with an alternative, he went far and beyond the expected call of duty to make sure I was as happy as I could be. F.Popped in and saw Cameron for a new saddle. Have used Specialized Toupes for years but every new one feels better than the last. Opted for the aluminum rail Toupe gel. First day of riding with it today and it couldn't be more comfortable. Cheers guys.
