I found the guys at Evo so very helpful in helping me find the right bike for my needs. I had given myself a budget to purchase everything I would need just to cruise, and was extremely happy with my purchases. Cheers Guys, very happy with your honest and helpful customer service!

Extremely helpful staff backed up by a great product range. Ideal for this non-cyclist looking to buy a present, which I did.

I arrived with a flat tire and they repumped my tire and gave me a cover for the air stork. After 5 minutes I was back biking. The customer service was amazing and very helpful. They also offered to fully deck out my bike when I came in next. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs bikes, bike equipment, or even just a service.

The young gentleman who helped my husband and I was very helpful and patient. I haven't ridden a bike since the 1980's LOL so I had lots of questions. Also, he helped me by changing the seat of my bike and putting on the pump and water bottle holder. I'm not familiar with these things so we were really appreciative of his help with this and his advice in our choice of bikes we bought. We had a really good experience buying our bikes your guy made it really easy for us. Thank you. Rebecca and Pieter Piek

Have been to the PN Evo branch a few times and have always received good+timely service for both my own bike and my son's bike too. They do work hard in a fiercely competitive market. Keep up the good work

Very friendly, professional staff with many years of experience. Also, the new design is neat, the shop has a great selection of gears with superb deals time to time. I got a proper road bike fit there as well that made a huge difference. Many thanks Garry!

Went in to get a bike for my 8 year old son, service was excellent, guy certainly knows his stuff and was a real easy purchase for us, will be going back when I need an upgrade or any other bikes for the family.

Overall pretty happy with the service I received from Evo, I had multiple problems with a bike and as we worked through solutions I definitely felt as though we were on the same team, some other stores can feel as though you have to fight for any sort of after sales support but Evo palmy were a pleasure to deal with. Ended up getting a full refund and purchased a different brand elsewhere, however I would happily buy my next bike from Evo.

The staff were amazing and very helpful finding the perfect bike for my grandson. They went over and above to set him up with the right size and still have everything needed. You guys rock 😎
