I love my new e-bike! Had it for 2 days, been out twice already. Vera was very helpful, and the bike was ready to collect just 2 days after ordering it, and during a public holiday weekend! Thank you so much.

Just coming up to the first 1,000km of riding my Town 'n Trail and I'm absolutely loving it! My bike gets a thorough workout up and down some pretty steep hills almost daily. Dealing with Vera was a delight and she went the extra mile to be helpful. Highly recommended.

We had completed a big research on ebikes different brands and listened to people’s reports. Meloyelo, for us, appeared to be what we wanted. We contacted Vera Nelson in Papamoa and were not disappointed. Even though she was extremely tired nothing was any bother. She assembled the bikes then delivered earlier than she said. And on delivery she ensured we were all good with various areas on the bikes such as unlocking the battery to changing of a tyre. She also offered if we were to breakdown somewhere, just give her a ring and she would assist us, provided it wasn’t a public holiday. 😊 She would also fix the puncture for us. Maurice & Dianne Torr We had been looking at e bikes for some time and a trip to the local fish and chip shop got us onto Vera & Michael. Michael cruised up on an e bike while we were waiting for our order and we thought that it looked like a good bike. We approached them and while talking found out that they were sold from their home. Michael gave us the website to look at. We are an older couple and a lot of the bikes have a bar that are quite high that you have to fling your leg over but we were looking for a step through and we also wanted lights and mudguards. We found exactly what we wanted and promptly emailed Vera to make an appointment to view and try out these bikes. We tried a couple of different ones but after some thought decided the Tranzit MD was the one for us. The service we got from Vera & Michael was excellent, they took us out on test rides and showed us everything we needed to know We highly recommend Vera & Michael. Best decision we have ever made and we bike for miles and really enjoy our trips as the bikes are so easy to operate. I have had an amazing experience in purchasing my Ebike with Vera and Mike. My partner purchased it and Vera very kindly rode the bike home with me a showed me how to use the gears. I was very impressed with the personal service which is very few and far between these days. Had a bit of adjusting needed so text them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We brought 2 Melo Yelo E-Bikes from Vera and Mike, they are great people to deal with. We bought a "Town'n Trail" bike and a "Roam". Vera ensured we had them for Christmas, and we are really enjoying riding them. These bikes are very easy to use and comfortable to ride. Highly recommend dealing with them, they are very knowledgeable with these bikes.
