We were passing through Kapiti when I noticed my wifes e bike back wheel was loose. Were recommended to take to Biking Mad. Andrew went out of his way to help us & pulled the hub apart & repaired. He didnt charge much at all. We are very grateful for his help & highly recommend him.

Great super friendly service & the best bike mechanic‘s on the coast, ask any serious rider and Andrews name will pop up , they might not be the k-mart sized bike shops but Quality over quantity and the best customer service you could ever ask for.
