H.Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience from the team at Evo! I bought the Giant Roam E+ and am really happy with both the bike and the customer service. Ben really took his time to make sure I was well informed before riding off home on my new bike, it was really helpful to have him get me up to speed on the ins and outs on owning an eBike, 10/10 customer service. As I was riding it home, I did not have a bag to take the charger, so Jonathan went the extra mile and delivered the charger/box to my home which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Euan was also very helpful with my first visit to Evo and helped me narrow down what I wanted out of an e-bike.

A.I recently purchased a new Electra Cruiser bike from Evo Cycles Kapiti and the bike and whole experience exceeded my expectations. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m a very happy Evo customer.
Also, I’d like to highly commend and thank Roman who handled the entire procedure. From my enquiry through to delivery, and after-sale follow-up, Roman was an absolute professional in every way. His product knowledge and advice on Evos’ bike range was genuinely thorough yet not over-bearing. Romans’ manner and disposition were always positive and calm, even whilst under pressure assisting other Evo team colleagues from time to time. It was two days before Christmas and the shop was busy.
Further-more, Troy who assembled the bike came out to assist personally to ensure everything was adjusted for me - and I’d like to thank him for his very thorough and professional attention. The bike is perfect.
Reading the history of Evo, I’m now not surprised how quickly they’ve made a very positive contribution to purchasing a bike. With team people like Roman and Troy as assets, the future looks very bright for Evo – thank you. Kind regards, Arthur
J.Very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in store. Always willing to do that extra little thing to help out. Great range and selection which you would expect and such a large store. It is a bit disappointing the management of the services result in it always being months booked out which makes a service feel quite inaccessible.
K.I was looking for some training wheels for a bike for my granddaughter. The man who served me happened to have some he had taken off his own child's bike and fitted them to the bike and refused payment! I have recently begun to despair at the rise in the nastiness emerging in our world and told him he had made my day. He said we can only change the world with small acts of kindness. A uniquely lovely experience thst lifted my heart!

I have been in to the shop twice now and am so impressed with the service. The assistant was very helpful indeed, cheerful, and went that extra mile with advice. I had tried to get a new bike saddle at my local shop and was told there would be a two month wait, but Evo had one in stock. I also bought two products online and they came within three days despite all the Covid hopld-ups. I will definitely shop at Evo Paraparaumu in future.

R.I get my bike serviced by Livio the italian mechanic. He is very friendly and professional. I dont trust many bikeshops with my expensive bike but if you want to get a great service then Livio at Evo Cycles Kapiti is the man to do it. Their pricing is also good and they stock lots of great brands. Highly recommend this bikeshop. Gracie Mille 🚴♂️
