We bought a bike for my 4 year old son the other day and it was a really smooth and enjoyable experience. This was despite the fact that my some dropped his glass jar full of his 'bike savings' on the floor and it smashed into a million pieces. The sales person was so understanding and helpful and we were not made to feel terrible about it. The bike is awesome and the sales person even threw in two free bike bells one for both of my sons. Top rate service and very happy with the bike.

Not having an Evo store close to where I live was not an issue. I was able to order my Reid Roadster Bike online, the telephone support was helpful and informative. The bike was dispatched promptly, the courier tracking system Evo used was great. Fantastic service. They threw in a helmet which was an unexpected surprise. Recommended.

Bought a couple bikes off the lads last week, including a Thule boot rack that none of them had any experience fitting but they were awesome helping me fit it to my car & strap the bikes on when I picked them up. I'd like to give props especially to Brodie who put the rack together for me before I got there & was cool helping us decide on our bikes despite us not knowing what we wanted. It was an awesome experience dealing with these guys, even for a novice like me. Good job guys.

What I love about Evo Puke is the service. The range is excellent there is no doubt but you get a service here thats professional and local at the same time. They make you feel a part of the team and work hard to make sure that all levels of cyclists get the best value for money. I have upgraded my road bike twice now through this store and the team have helped me refine my set up as I have progressed from being an entry level rider to a more competent competitor. Id recommend them to cyclist of all abilities.

Staff were attentive but not over bearing, after hearing our requirements pointed us to one of the cheapest bikes in store. Offered us a discount on buying helmets, bike and baby seat in one. Super happy with the bike, helmets and seat as the all meet our needs perfectly. Would recommend friends shop here also. Previously i tried to shop at Bike 239 but they were rude and arrogant looking down on me for shopping at the lower end. Evo was a surprisingly different place to deal with. Just picked up a XS adult bike for my daughter after ordering online. Right from the start, the staff at Pukekohe have been great. Keeping me updated with when it would be ready to picked up and making sure it was the right size etc. Mike and Richie were awesome when I picked it up and it is evident they had a wealth of knowledge behind them! I purchased a $300 scooter for my son from Evo Cycles in Pukekohe last weekend. Things started well with the staff tightening up the handlebars on the old scooter for free. The salesman we spoke to was very helpful too but the pricing on the scooter display stand was incorrect - the one we wanted which had a fancy metal finish was advertised for $300 but we were disappointed to find out that this particular one was an extra $30 on top of the displayed price. I pointed out that this was misleading and queried the price on the standard model - no price reduction was offered. I left the store with sour taste even though the rest of our visit was a good retail experience.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the fantastic customer service provided by the team at Evo! Ordered a child seat on Tuesday and it arrived safely the next day. Communication via email was fast and efficient, dispatch of seat lightening fast and delivery free to top it off. Highly recommended+++++++++++++

Great sales service. Great price and shipping was rapid too. Could have easily up-sold me to a more expensive ebike but suggested the model I enquired about wouldn't be as suitable for my needs. I had a small issue with my ebike and the after sales service was fantastic. Picked the bike up, fixed it and returned it on the same day. Super happy with my ebike and this is the only shop I'll be using for my biking needs after horrible experiences with several others. Will definitely recommend to my friends!!!

I had decided to buy an electric touring bike. Having made the decision about which make and model to buy I decided to buy it Evo's at Pokekohe (I was visiting my son and his family). I had some changes I wanted to make to ensure the bike would fit me. Ryan, in particular, and the team at Pokekohe in general were friendly, easy to talk to and found ways to address any issues I raised. I bought the bike and went home (Auckland City). Two days later I decided to take the bike for a spin. As I climbed onto the bike a message flashed up on the computer screen to say there was a speed system error and there was little power available. I took the bike down to Evo's in Britomart. As they could not find the fault they replaced the bike with a new one. Now that is what I call service!.

They provided me with all the (technical) information I required and ensured the bike was delivered on time. Nothing but praise for Evo! We ordered three bikes and a couple of baskets. They were with us two days later and had been assembled as much as possible making our life a lot easier! To be honest I was apprehensive about buying the bike when I saw the cost of them when I walked in the door. You see I was buying a bike for my autistic son who had just been to the funeral of his grandfather the day before . We really didn't want to spend a lot of money and the guy who served us took to the back of the showroom to where a bike that would fit our budget was waiting for my son. Jere loves his bike. Although figuring out the combination lock was a little tricky he finally got the knack of it thank you so much for taking the time with us and giving my son happiness in his life. Recently became involved in a 'chat line' discussion with Evo requesting advice on tyres. Prior to the company having time to respond, I had to leave home for an urgent appointment so closed my discussion and assumed I would have to reopen the line on my return. They took the trouble to email me several hours later with the advice I had sought - excellent and with a definite recommendation which I followed and purchased tyres for 2 bikes. Service and advice couldn't have been better so 5 stars in order.

Evolution cycles is an amazing store, I have bought 2 bikes online (2 years apart) and in both occasions the experience was absolutely positive. Seems that they have a very strong team, which knows very well how to deal with customers and a fluid communication within team players and customers. What I have seen up to now is that this store offers the widest range of bike kinds, brands, accessories, parts. and gear between several other bike stores in NZ. Pity that it is allocated only in the northern parts of the north island because I would love to go every now and then personally to see which new interesting things they have. Plus the 0% interest finnannce option offers a lot of help to those who can´t afford to pay too much at once (as my particular case) so that is a big plus. The Pukekohe store is really great. We actually live near Howick but quite regularly visit Puke and to be honest it would be worth the trip just for the Evo bikes store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a unique range of bikes and gear. This feels more like a specialist bike store than a chain. Other NZ bike store chains should learn from you guys!

I bought the bike on Tues morning and the guy was awesome, I asked if I could pick it up that afternoon and he says "Yep-it should be ready". I leave work early to get to Pukekohe at 5pm. Different guy at the counter, I say I'm here to pick up the bike & without asking my name or looking at me he says "its not ready" come back tomorrow, no explanation or apology. I was going to launch into "Do you know how long it took for my boy to save for the bike etc etc" but I didn't. Next day pick up was great the guy was friendly & helpful.

Just bought my 3rd bike from Evo Cycles, this one for my eldset neice, and was extremely impressed with the service as always. The bike was priced the best in NZ, and delivered promptly. It was pretty much fully built, and all I had to do was fit the stem and pedals. The Evo attention to detail is very apparent as they had even pre-greased the crank arms for me. The bike even came with a free helmet! My youngest neice needs a bike soon, and Evo will be my first choice.

I have been contemplating starting to explore the many cycle ways in our countryside and decided it was time to start. I visited your Pukekohe show room where I spoke to your representative Daz about an entry level bike. He suggested the Silverback Spectra Sport 17.5 which I test rode. A very wobbly affair having not ridden for 30 odd years plus. Daz printed out details of the bike and reassured me that with practice my confidence would return. To cut a long story short, I studied the information and went back and purchased the bike from Daz who was very helpful with setting me for my needs. I have been practicing every day, weather permitting, finding forgotten muscles and am enjoying the experience again. I have also reconditioned and older bike for a riding partner and have been able to get all the spare parts I need for this project also. I'm sure we will have further dealings in the future. I visited here over Xmas period and found them pleasant and helpful cheers I popped in two weeks ago about 25th March had a flat tyre the chap I saw said come back in 15 mins I did and he asked if he could replace the bottle holder it was broken free of charge that was unbelievable no one does nothing for free these day BUT THE BEST WAS TO COME My brakes were adjusted by the chap fixing the tyre I Had brakes again I travelled 44 kms a day 7days a week I bought it in October 2018 I got cut off at the roundabout at kingseat and I had brakes to stop him hitting me I can't thank the mechanic enough if it wasn't for him I could have been a casualty cheers great guys at Pukekohe Evo my family and me thank you you lot are tops
