Thanks for your help to purchase online with Click & Collect. We needed a little person helmet so we can be safe while we are exercising during Alert Level 3 of our COVID-19 response in NZ. The contactless purchase was super straight forward. Helmet fits a treat and the little human is happy to wear it while she works and while mum carries her scooter and bike.

Brilliant shop. I'd been looking for a new bike for a while and been to lots of different shops including all the Rotorua ones and these guys offered the best service by far. Friendly informative and encouraging (but not pushy). It felt like they were passionate about bikes and making sure they sold me the right bike, rather than just wanting to make a sale. Highly recommended!!!!

Just needed a new tube, all fitted and pumped up in minutes while I waited. Awesome service!

Mark (owner) and his team at Pitcrew were very friendly and helpful when I took my bike in to replace punctured tyre. They have a passion for what they do and want what is best for riders so they can enjoy their bikes to their full potential which. Their overall customer service deserved their place as my go-to place for anything bike related.

I needed a new bike for my son who'd just started out mountain biking. Mark has to be one of the best business owners I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Never once did I feel pressured to buy any particular bike, Mark guided me through the many options available. We couldn't be happier. Then...the bike developed a small niggle, the after-sales support was incredible. I've been in the service industry for decades myself. Pitcrew were fantastic.Thanks to Mark and the team.
