J.Awesome experience here. Bought a Giant Ebike and got some great gear thrown in at no cost. Helpful team. The charger didn't work when I got it home, so no questions asked they swapped if for a new one and have had some great rides already. Recommend the Thule rear kids seat too...solid and safe so the kids can enjoy a ride too. Thanks guys.
T.Omg we had the best service on Friday with Connor at pushbike Rangiora!
He was super helpful in getting myself and my 2 girls new bikes. Connor was kind, helpful and amazing with Great information about the bikes and even threw in a few freebies!
He also helped load the bikes onto my bikerack and made sure all was good before leaving the store.
Unfortunately a grumpy grinch of a lady was super rude to me in the carport . But Connor rung me later to make sure I was OK and that my shopping experience wasn't impacted by her outburst! Thanks Connor you went over and above.

L.Yesterday I went to the Rangiora bike shop and I experienced the BEST customer service ever. The young man (I believe his name was Drew) was kind and helpful and not pushy what so ever. K.Today we purchased the Giant 2019 Pre Push Bike in Light Blue. The person we spoke to was super informative and helpful. Our daughter struggles with overwhelming sensory experiences, so had been a little bit upset. But the salesman was super patient, and even had a basket he could sell us to go on her bike, after she’d become fixated on a basket that belonged on a bigger bike! She’s so stoked and loved riding it around at the park today. Thank you!
