G.These guys are just the very best. My bike which I've had a while and bought elsewhere, has caused me a bit of grief lately, they have sorted it out each time at a very reasonable cost. The shop staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful with a great range of bikes and accessories available. When I upgrade this is where I'll buy my replacement.
B.99 bikes Rotorua have been great to me, they were the first company to reply to my emailed questions etc. Gave me a great deal, polite, friendly and helpful , really everything you'd want in a bikes sales shop they provided. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks team
O.Ben is the best once again, I walked in not sure what I was to go to look for the item I needed and Ben came straight to help me he was the best of the best if I were to recommend to get help from anyone in that store it would be Ben. That kid deserves a raise in my books. He even sold me a item I didn't even need or came in wanting, he's that good of a sales person.

B.Bought a HIKO ACSENT on the weekend and couldn't believe the power it had and how well it went my Wife just bought a GIANT and is think of changing to a HIKO as well .
