Steve is brilliant! He helped me out by getting my bike sorted in record time and at a fantastic price. Highly recommended for all your bike needs!

Very helpful. Skillfull, knowledgable guy with all the machinery necessary to maintain or repair/rebuild your bike. Able to assist me when 4 other bike shops couldn't. Well recommended.

If I could give Steve 20 stars I would. Very responsive and professional. We had a problem with the bearings in my husband's ebike. Took it to Bike Fix and Steve went out of his way to check it out then fix it. Awesome job, fixed the next day. Highly recommend Bike Fix

We arrived here unannounced with a broken bike. Not only was it repaired, after we were given several price options to choose from, but the bike also got a tune up to help it run smoother and quieter. It was all done with super friendly service and completed an hour and a half sooner than agreed on. Highly, highly recommended!

I have been getting my bikes serviced by Stevo this year at Bike Fix and what an amazing step-up it been from the Torpedo7 and Evo service offerings. So glad to have someone with his experience and skills working on my bikes. I have been doing long distance, bike packing (Tour of Aotearoa and the Kopiko Aotearoa). These events are very hard on your bike as the bike is carrying weight and the surface is rough, and you do that for up to 30 consecutive days. So they need a lot of love afterwards to keep them going. Thanks to Stevo I have trouble free riding during and between events.

Amazing service. Rang yesterday (Friday) from Auckland as heading to rotorua for weekend. Happy to help & open up early this morning to remedy a gear change problem. Amazingly had SRAM part in stock & checked over bike at same time & ready to go. Highly recommend over any retail store. Very knowledgeable & great service. Know where to come next time. Thx Steve.

Excellent and fast service. More than just a normal bike service station. We were looking for a part for our towbar bike rack, since no suitable part was in stock, so he quickly manufactured one in the well equipped workshop.

Went in for some little parts for a 2nd hand bike i got my daughter for Christmas. Met with real friendly service and they went above and beyond in helping me. Great bike shop.
