A.Purchased my Scott Ransom a little over a year ago, had a couple of warranty issues (I expected it on a MTB of this class) but the response from My Ride Rotorua has been great, they have sorted them out in a professional manner, and even now I'm in Kerikeri they are just a email / call away and sorting out my needs.

D.Had a bike break at Crankworx, late afternoon, our 11 yr old was supposed to be racing it next morning! Panic! Team at Rotorua Cycle Centre were super helpful on the phone, knowledgeable and had the parts in stock. When we got there they fitted, fixed it up and had it running sweet - no dramas. These people know bikes and the people who ride them. Can't recommend enough, thanks so much!
