Had a very complex issue with my bike that no other bike shops could fix (Torpedo7, Evo and 99bikes). Came here and they sorted it easily and quickly. Will come back for sure

Awesome service my son broke his derailleur cable on his first run at redwoods shot into town and they replaced it as we waited. Made my sons day to be able to get back out there after lockdown. Huge thank you will certainly use you again well done happy to support local. Just a note price was fantastic as well!

While touring, I broke my left crank arm. The kind folks at NZO Ride Central expedited a crankset and had it available the next day as I limped into the shop. Within about 30 minutes, my new crankset was installed and I was ready for the next stage. Fantastic service!

Took my bike in Labour Day weekend with a broken spoke. Promptly fixed while we had a coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got back on the trails for an afternoon of fun.

had a last minute break issue on Saturday, rang karen.she said to come down, mechanic not sure of your name (long haired hippe) was super knowledgeable and really happy to show me what he was up to and what my issues were which filled me with confidence and taught me a lot. super stoked. I've also bought a few bikes off karen which have been super easy to deal with and helps u get best deal she can do for you. Thanks heaps guys good to have a crew you can trust.

I live in Australia so can't buy from the NZ online shop, a little cheaper but Fair enough. So buying from the Aus online shop still brings international transaction fees on my credit card.. That needs to be fixed. Get an Australian account. Good helpful staff and great product, just a company structure problem for me.

Had a lovely time in this uber cool bike shop. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. Everything you can want. And as a lady it is refreshing to be treated equally in a bike shop and this was definitely the case. Even bought me an awesome camelbak! Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome, we turned up at closing time before ANZAC day with a broken rear axel and the team didn’t hesitate to fix it for us on the spot. Thanks we will come back that’s for sure.
