The team at Bike Hire Taupo were extremely helpful in setting me up with exactly the type of bike I was after, and they even offered some great advice on places to go biking locally. I had so much fun that I accidentally ran late on returning the bike, but they were really forgiving about that (despite me causing them to stay till beyond their normal closing time). Will definitely be my go-to place for bike hire next time I'm visiting Taupo.

Called into the store Thursday to book a bike for Saturday and were told to book online. We were a bit disappointed after booking a particular E-bike online after seeing it in store that when we went to pick it up, it was not available. We were then told someone had subsequently booked it for a longer period so they got priority. Other than that we enjoyed our day out on the bikes.

Awesome service, great bikes, affordable hireage prices and an even better day riding with my little whanau along the Lion's Trail. Highly recommend Bike Hire Taupo and their 5 star team.

Loved the experience! Having electric bikes made the distance that much easier and achievable in a short space of time. Taupo to Huka Falls return in 2.5 hrs with breaks.

Easy to use and great service provided. We hired 2 electric bikes and they are suitable for all fitness levels, you can cruise round the lake in no time!

Good bikes and friendly and helpfull staff, reasonable prices, they give you lock and helmet and advices on where to go, I really enjoyed my day with the bike I’ve hired there (the loop arround the river is really cool by the way), I fully recommend !
