D.Today I had my first ride on my new Town and Trail e bike. It is fantastic! Malcolm was incredibly helpful, talking me through all the information needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and I know that he will be totally reliable when the time comes for servicing the bike. MeloYelo Taupo comes very highly recommended.

Although my wife hasn't ridden it much since we purchased it the bike has very good components on it and looks nice. Bigger tyres make for a pleasurable ride. His knowledge of the bike i purchased was both technical and consumer focused. He held on to the bike for several months until i could pick it up and generally went over and above. I find buying products from this type of dealer is better than dealing with a chain of bike shops. Totally recommend !
R.My 'Bootee' electric bike was purchased from Malcolm so that it would fit easily in to the boot of the motorhome. As I am 84 years young it had to be lifted over a lip at chest height which I can do. I am enjoying the exercise and the exhilaration of wind whistling over my face and expect to continue to feel confident in the craftsmanship and technology of my bike. R.Malcolm was great to deal with and I am loving my e-bike. Malcolm was very knowledgeable about all the models of Melo Yelo bikes and acceccories, but was not pushy. He had a great knowledge of biking in general and set my bike up prefectly for me. I have already recommended Malcolm to several of my friends. My Melo Yelo bike is the best thing I have purchased for a long time.

B.Having evaluated a lot of e-bikes, I finally chose a MeloYelo. Apart from the excellent sale service from Malcolm, my MeloYelo E Bike is exactly what I was after. I was really impressed to the thought that went into the design, and that it was purpose designed for my age group making it the best out there for us older riders. Plus it is great to ride.
A.Melo -Yelo bikes are the best. Incredible value for money. Half the price of the equivalent you would find in a store. The bikes are hardy, durable, quality products. The after purchase service is unbelievable - instant access to the local agent, who will give help over the phone, or offers immediate service should the bikes need a tweek. We have bought 3 of these bikes - you would have to ask the question - why would I pay twice the price for an inferior product, with hopeless after purchase service?. Melo-Yelo is a personally owned company that offers personal service.
