S.These guys are totally awesome and professional... not only in general servicing, but responding to emergencies, like a 2-inch cut through a tyre and tube whilst out riding. Fixed immediately and back on the road in less than 5 minutes without argument, complaint or debate. Makes for a happy rider! Well done guys, love your work! And that's why they're my preferred service providers...

M.Salesperson wasn't pushy, was knowledgable and took the time to listen to our needs. Also offered to deliver our bike purchases to our home. We had shopped around and found the pricing to be fair with the addition of being able to change the tyres (on a new bike) to what we wanted at no extra cost. A good retailer to purchase from. Recommend.

p.Bought a bike from Phil the owner today...was helpful...straight up...friendly and gave a generous discount...a good local family owned operated business...shop looked good...you would have to go a long way to find a better bike shop in the Bay
K.These guys fitted twist grip gear changes to my mountain bike while i was at the dentist for less than a local shop (who took 6hrs to reply to my email) were going to charge for just the mechanisms. Polite, quick and super helpful.
