Purchased my first e bike from Vanquish today and what a beauty! Super impressed that they had pre charged it ready for me to pick up so I could take it out for a spin the same day 😀 The team were very helpful and took the time to explain how to use the different settings. Treated myself To a new Fox helmet too- again the team took the time to go through the perks of the different styles and brands to find the perfect fit! Even better is that it’s a family run business.

Great service really helpful. Came to Tauranga from out of town and left our charger at home for our e-bike. They took them and charged them for us. Thanks guys!!

Stopped in there on my way home to see if they had a spare air valve cap for my e scooter tyre and they did, the lovely lady fitted it for me and when i asked how much she told me not to bother :) definitely recommend and will be back again!

Tried 3 bike shops on short notice this morning .. Vanquish did what the other 2 couldn't. The team at Vanquish are top notch! we have brought all our kids bikes here and have always had the best quality service. The fox range is also extensive and they have been very helpful and supportive for our son stepping into more competitive riding! 5 stars every time!

I have had excellent service since buying my electric bike (Sinch) last June. This week due to a tyre puncture I rang them in the hope of my bike being picked up and they did it without hestiation.

Awesome bike shop. Had my bike serviced and a few repairs done. Grabbed some new mtb shoes and some clothing while I was there. Had great service from the staff. They're more than happy to order in anything if not in stock. Highly recommend popping in for a look.
