Was delighted to have help with changing the ebike battery, and at no charge. Thanks are well deserved.

A big thanks for the great professional service on Weds - bought a bike in to get serviced pretty late in the day, guy in the shop got it all done for me by 4.30pm and washed it (it was really muddy!) I live 1.5hrs away and not in town much so really appreciated the job getting done so quick. At random in the morning before an appointment in Hamilton I tried the other bike store first but it was closed and no msg on the answer phone. So stoked you guys could help. Thanks!

Great customer service

This shop will service all your needs! The guy that runs the shop is a bit of an eccentric but that's half the fun of going! Tidy shop, but could do with some batman logos.

Thank you Michael, especially being so kind as to drop off my bike, that's going above and beyond with service. Can't wait to get out and about on and off the roads.
