Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff and owner, Andrew. We needed to hire 3 bikes for our family. Did not make advance reservation. They had only one bike left. But somehow, they made available a brand new bike and got a third one belonging to an employee to ensure we were not disappointed. We spent most of the day cycling the Rimutaka trail on a beautiful summer day. At $100 for 3 bikes, that was extremely good value. My kids agreed that was the best part of our holiday in Wellington.

I was looking for a bike and was unsure what type to have. I asked for advice and received excellent service. Although there weren't many bikes in the shop (when compared to the major stores) I was shown sufficient to be able to make my decision. I was left in no doubt of his knowledge and expertise. Andrew and his team really know their stuff. Took my bike for a service there had a few things that needed to be done and i can tell you, starting from quality of workmanship, service with a smile and value for money there won't be anybody able to touch them. I have told all my friends and i won't be taking my bike anywhere else but them.
