Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff and owner, Andrew. We needed to hire 3 bikes for our family. Did not make advance reservation. They had only one bike left. But somehow, they made available a brand new bike and got a third one belonging to an employee to ensure we were not disappointed. We spent most of the day cycling the Rimutaka trail on a beautiful summer day. At $100 for 3 bikes, that was extremely good value. My kids agreed that was the best part of our holiday in Wellington.

Pretty hard to fault these guys in honesty. Really quick book in times and very short turnarounds for any work I've had done here. Always well priced, professional advice and never a drama. Don't expect a flash showroom, expect honest work and great prices. Very happy.

Excellent service, very easy to deal with. Took my bike in for repair, and they had it done much earlier than expected, at a very reasonable price.

I was looking for a bike and was unsure what type to have. I asked for advice and received excellent service. Although there weren't many bikes in the shop (when compared to the major stores) I was shown sufficient to be able to make my decision. I was left in no doubt of his knowledge and expertise. I was in no doubt that I would have excellent customer service and after sales service.

Have twice recently had bikes repaired here (adult road bike and kids' mountain bikes). Both times I got a verbal quote and both times that was honored...great pricing. Turn around time on the repairs was very quick and high quality.

Andrew and his team really know their stuff. Took my bike for a service there had a few things that needed to be done and i can tell you, starting from quality of workmanship, service with a smile and value for money there won't be anybody able to touch them. I have told all my friends and i won't be taking my bike anywhere else but them.

Customer service is fantastic. They're excellent bike mechanics, and always willing to help out where possible.

I really like this cycle shop even if my bike took longer than expected to repair as new gear cables had to be ordered and no-one called to tell me... Despite this, I was very pleased with the repair on my bike, service with a smile and cost.

Upper Hutt's original cycle shop with family values and excellent repairs and service. Have purchased many bikes here or had bikes built from imported frames.
