D.I am a round the world cyclist from Boston, soon to continue cycling in SE Asia. Paul was super helpful in giving me a box to pack up my bicycle for onward travel. He also gave me some packaging material to make sure the bicycle is well protected. I am so grateful for his help! Paul is knowledgable and kind. I would recommend that anyone pay a visit to the shop, as it is a gorgeous place hidden in Otaki. I have been inside many bike shops in my travels, and Kapiti Cycles ranks among the best I have seen.

D.Excellent shop! I called into here to check out my new local shop after recently moving to town. Was very surprised at the level of shop and service provided. They even have a fairly decent range of spares instock that will help most people needing repairs or getting back on the road.
