You and your bike couldn't be in better hands than with Flying Fix. This has been my go to bike repair service for the past 5 years. Simon and Jojo couldn't make it easier, coming to collect your bike, taking it away and delivering it back to where you're based. He provides an excellent and trusted service, breaks down the repairs he's made and provides good recommendations for future services. Thanks Simon!

Contacted Simon to discuss some issues I had with my fairly new bikes. Simon responded the same day (actually within a couple of hours!) and sorted out a booking for the following week. Super professional, awesome dude, great work and now the bikes ride mint.

What a great company! Simon provided some of the best service I have ever received. He collected my Full Suspension MTB from home (key left out), quickly came back with detail communication about costs, what was 'must-do', what was 'optional' and what he recommended. The final price was very good - even under his initial costings as a few things didn't need repair once bike was on the stand. The bike rides like new again! I will 100% use Flying Fix again and have already recommended to all friends & family who have bikes.

Simon came and did a basic service on our bikes. He was great, explained everything that he was doing and gave good advice about what to do now and what could be left. He arrived promptly and his rates are really reasonable. We'll definitely use Flying Fix again. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Simon more highly. Bike serviced and pickup/drop off times communicated promptly. Ordered and replaced parts without issue. 100% will use again. A nice guy too, which always helps!

After failing to find a slot for weeks at any one of the ‘fixed’ services (didn’t even get a reply from the one I had paid extra for a service package on purchase with) Simon got back to me within the hour, did me a huge favour and squeezed my service in the same day as he was in the area, came to me, was efficient yet thorough, made paying easy, and emailed a description of what he had done, in a language I could understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Simon to others.

Very easy to use service, Simon very responsive to my questions. I had 3 bikes for the family that I assembled but needed checking over and brakes tuning up etc, went to one cycle shop who just quoted me silly money so thought try this service. Explained what I needed and Simon went above and beyond what we had discussed for a very very good price. Great to have someone with a passion and enjoying their work help me out. Absolutely superb service. Smart, friendly and convenient with great communication. Rode in to work, Simon came and serviced the bike, rode home on a much tighter steed. Very satisfying. Simon even sorted an annoying clicking noise in my headset for no additional charge. My new 'go-to' for bike help. Thanks Simon!

Very happy to recommend Simon at Flying Fix. He serviced and fixed my bike, and the thing is running as good as new (or maybe better!) It seems to just fly now! He stands by his work - he came back to fix my brakes when an issue arose shortly after the service.

I've used Simon @ Flying Fix several times, for my Specialized MTB and for all my kids bikes. He really knows his stuff, is super helpful and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Flying Fix have come to the rescue a number of times now, Simon is excellent to deal with and most importantly knows what he's doing. My bikes are always returned running amazing after he's fixed them up. Highly recommended.

Great bike service and excellent customer service. If you live or work in Auckland CBD and need work done on your bike then check out Flying Fix. Simon collected my bike in the morning and returned it to me before the end of work. Very convenient!
