Fantastic experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We had good conversations figuring out what bike works best for my wife who hasn't ridden a lot. Test rides were easy - out on the road in front of the shop. Had a full run down on road riding after the purchase. Highly recommended. We'll be back for servicing. Thanks!

My secured bike was stolen from under a university security camera and as seems to be typical there was no hope of recovery. The shining light on all of this was that the staff at My Ride where exceptional, assisting with the Insurance details, advising on the correct replacement ensuring the new bike was the right fit and discussing options. The process required multiple visits and as a result I experienced and observed their high level of service on many occasions. They were knowledgeable, respectful efficient and encouraging of all the different customers I saw. They tailored their service to individual needs and budgets. An impressive business.

Been here a couple of times for various purchases and advice. Most recently bought a pair of clipless pedals and shoes. Staff member was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Got me a good deal on some kit better that what I was looking for but wasn't pushy about it. Pretty much insisted on installing everything there and then, as well. Top service and store.

Interesting. We spent $8, 000 today at the store. Have planned this purchase for over a month. Lovely young person who served us..but clearly very limited experience. Lacking experienced management staff. Sadly overall disappointing. Lacked some Wow!! But we love the bikes

Great experience dealing with My Ride Wellington - efficient, really helpful and knowledgeable and even did a quick fix on an old scooter for free for us once. We've purchased a bike from here in the past and recently purchased new scooters. Awesome service both times, highly recommend.

These guys are awesome Elizabeth is a legend of a salesperson. Clear and honest and attentive and really clued up. If there is something she doesn’t know she will find out. We visited other shops and decided on My Ride. Couldn’t ask for better service thanks for today guys. See you in a week or so.

Nigel was super helpful - I was planning on taking my bike in for a basic tune-up but he told me to bring it in for a quick consultation, ended of fixing my minor problem in 5 minutes flat and charging me a really small fee. Saved me time and money and even helped calibrate my speedometer. Great service, interested in fixing my bike, not taking my money.. I think they're very trustworthy folks!

Wonderful experience every time! The staff are extremely knowledgeable mechanics as well as riders, and can help with absolutely anything. The fresh look is fantastic with a wide range of products at competitive prices. A true local who knows their stuff.

The team here were really helpful and knowledgeable, without being in any way patronising, and went out of their way to provide me with extra advice on riding around Wellington. Amazing service. I'll be back whenever I need more bike stuff. Thank you.

Friendly bike show with helpful and knowledgeable staff

These guys are totally AWESOME. I rang about changing a detachable towbar to a fixed one They quoted but then asked what the problen was. When I explained they said to come down. They locked the towbar tight in 2 minutes flat, helped me with the bike rack and charged nothing Friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I'll be back any time I need a towbar fitted. They rock.

Good looking store with service minded and friendly staff. Rented a road bike for the day. It was far from top tier but more than sufficient to get a good ride.

I highly recommend coming here. A great selection of bikes and accessories to get you out there. Friendly staff. What more would you want.

These peeps sell what appears to be a wide range of Avanti bikes and e bikes. They have pre loved bikes too. If you are wanting to explore further than you can walk they also hire out bikes so you can get some exercise and take in the fabulous atmosphere and views that are to be enjoyed around Wellington. The staff are friendly, helpful and not pushy

Just popped in for a helmet for my daughter, great range and helpful staff. The free parking was a bonus!

Wicked - two days before I headed to Rotorua I needed a wheel fixed up - replace a few busted spokes and truing. I dropped it off and 40mins later got a txt to say it was done. Great service when I was in a bind. Won't be forgotten - thanks!

There expertise and can do approach is first rate. I had some teething problems with a new bike which they quickly resolved. I cannot fault their customer service.
