Purchased a bike, bike rack and accessories here recently, the quality of the bikes they sell is amazing, lots of options and tons of accessories. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Went out of their way to adjust the bike rack so it fitted my existing car roof rack system. A++++++++++++++ service. Very cool bike shop ! Tell all your friends !!

Best place to buy a bike, the staff are awesome and have a lot of knowledge. Great local bike shop that will make sure you walk out with the perfect bike. No trying to oversell and will ensure the bike is running perfectly and set up well.

Great service and super friendly and helpfully. I arrived as they were opening up. I wanted to get some breaks checked over on a scooter that I had assembled the night prior. Left it with them for 15min. They checked everything (not just breaks), made some adjustments, gave me some helpful tips and didn't charge me. Good old fashioned service.

Im a beginner rider and i went in to browse my first pair of padded bike shorts. Staff were super helpful and informative when helping me choose. Tried them out lastnight and the ride was so comfortable. service 10/10

I have been going here for years. Friendly and experienced team. I have consistently got good prices and advice for purchases (They recommend products that meet your needs, not just the most expensive product).

I had my bike booked in on a Thursday morning a few weeks ago. Got busy at work and ended up dropping it off that evening at 6pm right on closing. The guys stayed later and fixed my bike for me as I needed it for a ride over the weekend! Epic customer service and very reasonably priced!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Received quality service both times I needed repairs, at a reasonable price, and the bike runs great. These folks love their bikes and it shows.

Great service. Just popped in off the street and was able to get my brake pads changed while I waited. Didn't gave to wait 1 and a half weeks for a booking like another bike shop wanted.

The guys always go over an above. I left my bike for a gear adjustment and rim tape replacement. I came back to a cleaned bike that had had a full check-over, with thrown in a cable replaced, a bent derailleur straightened, and a heads up on some components close to needing replacements. The smooth, quiet ride home was everything I'd hoped for.

The team at Kiwivelo checked my bike over after a recent crash and fixed the damage as well as sorting out my bottom bracket. They were super helpful and my bike came back to me way cleaner than it's been for a while which was a bonus.

Shane and the team at Kiwivelo Wellington are friendly, proactive and knowledgeable - and were very keen to help me out of a bind with a damaged crank arm. A great team and highly recommended.
