Great customer service. Friendly staff, very reasonable rental prices. Bikes were in great condition. Should have asked for a gel seat though. All in all we had alot of fun biking along the harbor and in the surrounding parks.

Excellent service from Connor. Great advice from the man who served me on Saturday afternoon. It was late in the day, a hideously hot day and he stood in the sun happily answering all my questions. I bought my bike from Bike Barn because of the quality of customer service I received from him.

BRILLIANT BIKE BARN What a great place to hire bikes in Whakatane.Staff so helpful ,very kind and very trusting.Made enquiry about hiring two bikes and within 20mins we were on our way and cycling for a good two hours.Returned two days later for further hiring and had the same experience.
